The hotel chain accounts for more than 800 hotels throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, with hundreds of thousands of rooms available for the users.

Prize by Radisson : A new generation of centrally located lifestyle led properties. Prize by Radisson ’s eclectic character combines comfortable accommodation in an informal setting and service culture.

Get a 4% commission on every booking you help us achieve. It is important to remind you that the transaction will not be considered “approved” until the user finalises the stay.

It is also important for our affiliates to know that brand bidding is strictly forbidden. Any affiliate found incurring in this practice will be banned from the program and all their transactions denied.

Allowed publishers are: cashback, voucher codes, editorial content, social traffic, loyalty, shopping directory, influencers…

By submitting your application to our program, you hereby acknowledge and agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and ensure you are happy with the limitations we have placed upon how affiliates can promote our brand.

Radisson Hotels Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The agreement below governs the relationship between “You” (the affiliate) and “We” or

“Us” (the Radisson Hotels campaign).

By agreeing to the below, you agree that you will comply to all conditions outlined and

understand that any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in your removal from

the campaign and commissions being declined.

1. Affiliate Approvals

Affiliates applying to the Radisson Hotels program will be reviewed by Accenture

Interactive Affiliate Channel Account Managers who will make a decision on if the site is

appropriate to the Radisson Hotels brand. You can reach the team anytime

at: RadissonAffiliation@accenture.com

2. Commission Structure & CPA Deal Guidelines

The commission structure is based on the internal categorization of hotels, each assigned

to one of four CPA tiers:

• STARTER (4%): Foundational hotels that are essential to the portfolio, though not

the current promotional focus. Most hotels currently fall into this tier.

• SHARPER (5%): These hotels contribute steadily to overall performance and

revenue.

• SUPERB (6%): Strategically positioned hotels that receive increased visibility and

support.

• SMARTER (7%): Top-tier hotels aligned with key business goals and growth

priorities.

When negotiating CPA increases, it’s recommended to agree on a clear CPA rate (e.g.

10%) rather than a percentage increase (e.g. +2% CPAi). CPAi deals are always calculated

from the default 4% rate and will apply to all hotel tiers equally. For example, a +2% CPAi

deal would result in a 6% commission for every hotel, regardless of its original tier.

Agreeing on a fixed CPA rate instead allows for more control and clarity during promotional

periods.

3. Claims / Transaction Queries Submission

When submitting a claim, make sure you respect the guidelines below; otherwise, you

risk having your queries declined.

• Respect the field requirements.

• Submit claims that refer to sales that have already been consumed. Since we only

approve consumed reservations, we’ll have to decline claims for future stays.

• Submit one claim that includes only one Order ID at a time. Claims that contain two

Order IDs or more, will be declined.

• RHG order IDs consist of 8-digit alphanumeric codes. For example: 1VQ2CMJD /

0RZY2JWY.

• The Order ID used by Radisson is different from the Transaction ID generated by the

platform TradeDoubler, which is a sequence of numbers. E.g.: 1456990940 /

1620682405.

• An Order ID incorrectly entered will be rejected as it will not be found within our

system.

• In cases where a transaction includes multiple rooms and results in more than one

booking, only one claim should be submitted using a single Booking ID, with the

corresponding or proportionally allocated total order value.

4. Sales Validation

Sales are validated based on the stay date on the Radisson Hotels affiliate program, with

commissions being paid on valid stays only. Commissions will be declined if an order has

been cancelled or if there is a no-show at the hotel, meaning the guest did not check in and

the reservation was not utilized.

5. PPC Policy

Unless specifically agreed in writing with The Radisson Hotels Group or Accenture

Interactive Affiliation Channel, affiliates must not:

i) Purchase, license, or operate any domain name confusingly similar to

“radissonhotels.com” or any of its localized versions.

ii) Bid on the “radissonhotels.com/en-us” or “radissonhotels.com” keyword, or any of its

misspellings or Radisson Hotels as Radisson Hotels brands on any of the search engines

that currently operate web services. (The full keyword list is available in the T&C

documents within the platform, in a separate tab “Restricted keyword policy info”).

iii) Use Radisson brand terms (or derivatives) in PPC campaigns, including ad copy, display

URLs, or keyword targeting.

iv) Drive paid or unpaid traffic from search engines directly to Radisson Hotels’s pages or

the “radissonhotels.com/en-us” site overall. The affiliate has to use their own sites for

traffic from search engines.

v) Use Radisson brand terms in ad copy to redirect traffic from competitor keywords to

Radisson Hotels properties or affiliate websites.

For the avoidance of doubt, the above restrictions or the specific terms of agreement

regarding authorised PPC activity shall supersede any conflicting provision that may be

found in any section of this Agreement.

5.1. Brand Bidding Enforcement

In case of violation of brand bidding rules, the following escalation process will apply:

1. First breach: formal warning issued

2. Second breach: permanent removal from the Affiliate Program

6. Strict Liability for Subnetwork Activity

Subnetworks participate in the Affiliate Program on a strict liability basis with respect to

their Sub-Publishers.

Any confirmed instance of fraud, ad hijacking, unauthorized brand bidding, trademark

abuse, or deceptive advertising by a Sub-Publisher shall result in:

• immediate cancellation of all commissions and transactions generated by the

Subnetwork during the relevant period, including otherwise legitimate transactions;

• forfeiture of all unpaid balances;

• immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.

The Subnetwork acknowledges and agrees that it assumes full commercial risk for the

conduct of its Sub-Publishers.

6.1. Fraud, Non-Compliance, and Remedies

In the event that the Company reasonably determines that a Subnetwork or any of its

Sub-Publishers has engaged in fraud, brand bidding abuse, ad hijacking,

misrepresentation, or any activity in breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the

right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Invalidate and cancel all affected transactions and commissions;

• Cancel all pending and unpaid sales, leads, or commissions generated by the

Subnetwork, whether or not directly linked to the detected violation;

• Withhold future payments;

• Terminate the Subnetwork’s participation in the Affiliate Program with immediate

effect.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice and without prejudice to any other rights or

remedies available to the Company.

7. Ad Hijacking – Prohibited Practices and Enforcement

7.1. What is Ad Hijacking

Ad hijacking refers to any activity where an affiliate or sub-publisher manipulates,

overrides, or wrongfully intercepts traffic, tracking, or attribution in order to generate

commissions without providing genuine incremental value. This includes, but is not limited

to:

• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or hidden redirects

• Brand bidding or URL interception that overrides other channels

• Unauthorized use of tracking links through misleading or deceptive methods

7.2. Ad Hijacking Policy

Ad hijacking is strictly and unequivocally prohibited within the Radisson Hotels Affiliate

Program.

7.3. Monitoring

Radisson Hotels and Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel actively and continuously

monitor affiliate activities through dedicated compliance and fraud detection tools to

identify suspicious or non-compliant behaviour.

7.4. Penalties and Enforcement

In case of confirmed ad hijacking activity:

1. The publisher will be immediately banned from the Affiliate Program

2. All related commissions will be declined, including pending and expected

earnings

3. The Company will provide supporting evidence and justification for the decision

4. The publisher will be contacted with documented proof of the violation

5. The publisher will be removed immediately and permanently from the program

These actions are applied at the sole discretion of the Company and may be enforced

without prior notice.

8. Browser Extensions & Software-Based Promotion Policy

Browser extensions, plugins, toolbars, or any software-based promotional tools represent

a high-risk traffic source and are therefore subject to strict control.

All partners using such technologies must operate in a fully transparent manner and

comply with the rules outlined below.

8.1. Prohibited Behaviours

Browser extensions must not engage in any of the following practices:

• Ad hijacking practices, including overwriting or intercepting traffic from other

channels

• Cookie stuffing or cookie dropping without a user-initiated action

• Triggering affiliate links:

o Without a clear, intentional user action

o On page loads, background processes, or automatic redirects

• Injecting content, pop-ups, or banners on:

o Radisson Hotels websites

o Third-party websites without explicit permission

• Mimicking, replicating, or impersonating Radisson Hotels brand assets,

messaging, or user interface elements

8.2. Attribution & Incrementality Rules

Commissions will only be granted for genuinely incremental traffic.

Any traffic identified as:

• Non-incremental

• Intercepted or diverted from other marketing channels (including paid search,

direct, CRM, or other affiliate partners) will be considered invalid and non-commissionable.

9. Purchase of Domains

Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of Radisson

Hotels own URL unless agreed directly with Radisson Hotels or Accenture Interactive

Affiliation Channel.

10. Email policy

Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this affiliate

program. If you wish to send out an email on behalf of Radisson Hotels to your database

you must seek prior approval from Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel/Radisson

Hotels.

In addition, all creative must be signed off by Accenture Interactive Affiliation

Channel/Radisson Hotels prior to final send.

Please email RadissonAffiliation@accenture.com to obtain prior approval before send.

11. Copy & Creative

Affiliates should only use creative supplied directly from the TradeDoubler interface.

Affiliates must only use the copy provided to them by Radisson Hotels through the

TradeDoubler system or by Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel. Affiliates are also

requested not to hardcode banners into their site, so updates made to those available

through TradeDoubler may take immediate effect.

12. Discount Code Policy

Affiliates are only permitted to use any discount code or voucher code provided directly by

TradeDoubler / Accenture Interactive Affiliate Channel / Radisson Hotels for their use in

the affiliate channel.

Affiliates are not permitted to promote any discount code or voucher codes that are being

utilized exclusively by other marketing channels. The use of 'illegal' discount codes may

result in sales being declined and ultimately suspension from the affiliate program.

Affiliates are also expected to adhere to the IAB Voucher code, code of conduct. More

information on the voucher code guidelines can be found here

code-of-conduct-vouchers). Affiliates found to be in breach of the code of conduct will be

removed from the Radisson Hotels campaign and sales may be declined.

13. Display Activity

Any affiliates that promote Radisson Hotels via display are responsible for their activity,

regardless of whether they own the websites on which they are promoting Radisson

Hotels. Radisson Hotels reserves the rights to withhold commissions if the affiliate

breaches Radisson Hotels terms and conditions.

13.1. Social Media & Mobile

Affiliates are not permitted to pose as Radisson Hotels on any social media or mobile

platforms.

14. Breach of Network Terms & Conditions

Any action taken by the affiliate network (TradeDoubler) to remove an affiliate site from the

network may result in an affiliate being removed from the Radisson Hotels affiliate

campaign.

15. Toolbars and Browser Plugins

Affiliates are not permitted to promote Radisson Hotels through any toolbar or plugin

unless they have direct authorisation from the Radisson Hotels marketing team, in

addition to being accepted onto Radisson Hotels affiliate program. The unauthorised use

of this type of software/script may result in sales being declined and ultimately programme

suspension.

“radissonhotels.com” or any of its localized versions.

ii) Bid on the “radissonhotels.com/en-us” or “radissonhotels.com” keyword, or any of its

misspellings or Radisson Hotels as Radisson Hotels brands on any of the search engines

that currently operate web services. (The full keyword list is available in the T&C

documents within the platform, in a separate tab “Restricted keyword policy info”).

iii) Use Radisson brand terms (or derivatives) in PPC campaigns, including ad copy, display

URLs, or keyword targeting.

iv) Drive paid or unpaid traffic from search engines directly to Radisson Hotels’s pages or

the “radissonhotels.com/en-us” site overall. The affiliate has to use their own sites for

traffic from search engines.

v) Use Radisson brand terms in ad copy to redirect traffic from competitor keywords to

Radisson Hotels properties or affiliate websites.

For the avoidance of doubt, the above restrictions or the specific terms of agreement

regarding authorised PPC activity shall supersede any conflicting provision that may be

found in any section of this Agreement.

5.1. Brand Bidding Enforcement

In case of violation of brand bidding rules, the following escalation process will apply:

1. First breach: formal warning issued

2. Second breach: permanent removal from the Affiliate Program

6. Strict Liability for Subnetwork Activity

Subnetworks participate in the Affiliate Program on a strict liability basis with respect to

their Sub-Publishers.

Any confirmed instance of fraud, ad hijacking, unauthorized brand bidding, trademark

abuse, or deceptive advertising by a Sub-Publisher shall result in:

• immediate cancellation of all commissions and transactions generated by the

Subnetwork during the relevant period, including otherwise legitimate transactions;

• forfeiture of all unpaid balances;

• immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.

The Subnetwork acknowledges and agrees that it assumes full commercial risk for the

conduct of its Sub-Publishers.

6.1. Fraud, Non-Compliance, and Remedies

In the event that the Company reasonably determines that a Subnetwork or any of its

Sub-Publishers has engaged in fraud, brand bidding abuse, ad hijacking,

misrepresentation, or any activity in breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the

right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Invalidate and cancel all affected transactions and commissions;

• Cancel all pending and unpaid sales, leads, or commissions generated by the

Subnetwork, whether or not directly linked to the detected violation;

• Withhold future payments;

• Terminate the Subnetwork’s participation in the Affiliate Program with immediate

effect.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice and without prejudice to any other rights or

remedies available to the Company.

7. Ad Hijacking – Prohibited Practices and Enforcement

7.1. What is Ad Hijacking

Ad hijacking refers to any activity where an affiliate or sub-publisher manipulates,

overrides, or wrongfully intercepts traffic, tracking, or attribution in order to generate

commissions without providing genuine incremental value. This includes, but is not limited

to:

• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or hidden redirects

• Brand bidding or URL interception that overrides other channels

• Unauthorized use of tracking links through misleading or deceptive methods

7.2. Ad Hijacking Policy

Ad hijacking is strictly and unequivocally prohibited within the Radisson Hotels Affiliate

Program.

7.3. Monitoring

Radisson Hotels and Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel actively and continuously

monitor affiliate activities through dedicated compliance and fraud detection tools to

identify suspicious or non-compliant behaviour.

7.4. Penalties and Enforcement

In case of confirmed ad hijacking activity:

1. The publisher will be immediately banned from the Affiliate Program

2. All related commissions will be declined, including pending and expected

earnings

3. The Company will provide supporting evidence and justification for the decision

4. The publisher will be contacted with documented proof of the violation

5. The publisher will be removed immediately and permanently from the program

These actions are applied at the sole discretion of the Company and may be enforced

without prior notice.

8. Browser Extensions & Software-Based Promotion Policy

Browser extensions, plugins, toolbars, or any software-based promotional tools represent

a high-risk traffic source and are therefore subject to strict control.

All partners using such technologies must operate in a fully transparent manner and

comply with the rules outlined below.

8.1. Prohibited Behaviours

Browser extensions must not engage in any of the following practices:

• Ad hijacking practices, including overwriting or intercepting traffic from other

channels

• Cookie stuffing or cookie dropping without a user-initiated action

• Triggering affiliate links:

o Without a clear, intentional user action

o On page loads, background processes, or automatic redirects

• Injecting content, pop-ups, or banners on:

o Radisson Hotels websites

o Third-party websites without explicit permission

• Mimicking, replicating, or impersonating Radisson Hotels brand assets,

messaging, or user interface elements

8.2. Attribution & Incrementality Rules

Commissions will only be granted for genuinely incremental traffic.

Any traffic identified as:

• Non-incremental

• Intercepted or diverted from other marketing channels (including paid search,

direct, CRM, or other affiliate partners) will be considered invalid and non-commissionable.

9. Purchase of Domains

Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of Radisson

Hotels own URL unless agreed directly with Radisson Hotels or Accenture Interactive

Affiliation Channel.

10. Email policy

Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this affiliate

program. If you wish to send out an email on behalf of Radisson Hotels to your database

you must seek prior approval from Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel/Radisson

Hotels.

In addition, all creative must be signed off by Accenture Interactive Affiliation

Channel/Radisson Hotels prior to final send.

11. Copy & Creative

Affiliates should only use creative supplied directly from the TradeDoubler interface.

Affiliates must only use the copy provided to them by Radisson Hotels through the

TradeDoubler system or by Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel. Affiliates are also

requested not to hardcode banners into their site, so updates made to those available

through TradeDoubler may take immediate effect.
