Im Allgemeinen werden die meisten Verkäufe nach 60 Tagen ab dem Kaufdatum akzeptiert. Für Tickets, die Änderungen oder Stornierungen zulassen, gilt jedoch eine Gültigkeitsdauer von bis zu 395 Tagen ab dem Buchungsdatum, und zwar erst nach Abschluss des Fluges. Für stornierte und erstattete Tickets besteht kein Anspruch auf Entschädigung. Umgetauschte Tickets verlieren ebenfalls ihren Anspruch auf Entschädigung.

The Affiliate Commission will only be credited once the sales have been validated by the Lufthansa Group. Generally, most sales will be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase. However, tickets that permit any changes or cancellations will have a validation period of up to 395 days from the date of booking, and only after the flights have been completed. Cancelled and refunded tickets are not eligible for compensation. Exchanged tickets will also lose their right to compensation.
