When applying for affiliate status with Zure Solaris you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below:

Brand Guidelines:

Affiliates may only use the brand assets supplied via the TradeDoubler platform on their sites and are not permitted to alter any of the creative available through the interface.

It is strictly prohibited to lift or copy and brand assets from any of the Zure Solaris owned channels including but not limited to zuresolaris.com and all its social media platforms.

If you with to discuss bespoke creative assets to support your campaign, please contact our team who will create authorised assets on your behalf at our discretion.

Commission:

Commission is agreed on a case by case basis.

Commission structure: Our Standard commission is 10%. Please contact our team to discuss tailored commission for your platform.

All sales are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges.

Cookie window 30 days.

Please note that if an affiliate sale has used a code only available to another affiliate (i.e another affiliate’s exclusive code, email sign-up code), then their commission will be declined.

Sales and tenancy payment will take up to 60 days to process from when the sale has been made. Tenancy payments are confirmed in the system once uploaded, however they are not invoiced until all sale validations are complete, which is 60 weeks after a transaction to allow for cancellations.

Other terms:

PPC: Zure Solaris operates a restricted keyword policy on all its brand names and trademarks. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any branded terms without written authorization from Zure Solairs . This also includes variations and misspellings associated with the Zure Solaris brand and use of Zure Solaris’ URL’s www.zuresolaris.com and any variations related to the Zure Solaris brand. If these restrictions are not adhered to, you will be removed from the program and all open transactions will be rejected.

Voucher Codes: Zure Solaris does not offer any voucher code promotions.

Google Shopping: Affiliates are not permitted to run Google Shopping campaigns unless authorised by Zure Solaris.

Social media: posting on social media pages to drive traffic back to affiliates own sites is strictly prohibited. Direct linking to Zure Solaris websites from paid social media is prohibited.

Blogger / Influencer Content: all communications related to Zure Solaris products and services sent to or shared with bloggers’ and influencers’ user base will require Zure Solaris’ approval prior to sending.

Tracking: Please ensure you use the tracking links provided by TradeDoubler to ensure your customer journey is properly tracked.

Zure Solaris have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time so please review regularly.
