Payout model: Our payout model includes CPA, ensuring flexibility and fairness.

Transaction validation: We employ a thorough transaction validation process, ensuring that all leads and sales are legitimate and meet our quality standards, and that proper credit is attributed to our affiliates. Our maximum transaction approval period is up to 60 days, with monthly validation typically completed by the end of the following month.)

Terms & Conditions

When applying for affiliate status for the LILYSILK programme you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below:

Brand Guidelines:Affiliates should only use supplied graphics and logos on their sites and are not permitted to alter any of the creative available through the interface. LILYSILK reserves the right to request the removal of any content that is deemed inconsistent with the brand’s premium image.

Commission:Commission structure: 8% - 15% (depending on publisher type); Commission is only paid on validated sales. LILYSILK reserves the right to offer 0% commission for Coupon sites if they are inadvertently joined.

All sales are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges.

Cookie window: 30 days.

Please note that if an affiliate sale has used a code only available to another affiliate (i.e another affiliate’s exclusive code, email sign-up code), then their commission will be declined.

Sales and tenancy payment will take up to 60 days to process from when the sale has been made. Tenancy payments are confirmed in the system once uploaded, however they are not invoiced until all sale validations are complete, which is 4 weeks after a transaction to allow for cancellations and the 30-day return policy.

Other terms:PPC: LILYSILK operates a restricted keyword policy on all its brand names and trademarks. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any branded terms without written authorization from LILYSILK. This also includes variations and misspellings associated with the LILYSILK brand and use of LILYSILK URL’s (www.lilysilk.com, lilysilk.com and any variations related to the LILYSILK brand). If these restrictions are not adhered to, you will be removed from the program and all open transactions will be rejected.

Voucher Codes: LILYSILK maintains a strict "No Coupon Site" policy. Any affiliate whose primary business model is the distribution of discount codes will be rejected. Only voucher codes explicitly provided via the TradeDoubler interface are permitted. Any other voucher codes that are used in affiliate sales will not receive commission, unless there's a written agreement from LILYSILK.

Google Shopping: Affiliates are not permitted to run Google Shopping campaigns unless authorised by LILYSILK.

Social media: posting on LILYSILK social media pages (i.e the LILYSILK Facebook wall) to drive traffic back to affiliates own sites is strictly prohibited. Direct linking to LILYSILK websites from paid social media is prohibited.

Blogger / Influencer Content: all communications related to LILYSILK products and services sent to or shared with bloggers’ and influencers’ user base will require LILYSILK's approval prior to sending.

Tracking: Please ensure you use the tracking links provided by TradeDoubler to ensure your customer journey is properly tracked.

CSS (Comparison Shopping Services)

Strict No-Overlap Policy: We only collaborate with CSS partners who can ensure their ads do not compete with our own Google Shopping campaigns within the same auctions.Negative Keywords: Partners must apply a comprehensive negative keyword list to avoid bidding on brand-branded terms.

Cashback & Loyalty

Coupon Integrity: Cashback is only allowed on orders using public codes or codes specifically assigned to that partner. We reserve the right to decline commission if unauthorized or exclusive influencer codes are used.Brand Alignment: We prefer loyalty partners whose audience aligns with our premium and/or eco-conscious brand positioning.Adjustable Rates: We require the ability to differentiate commission rates between new and existing customers.Incrementality: Partners should demonstrate incremental value and not operate purely as last-click cannibalization.

Subnetworks

For subnetworks, our key requirement is clear publisher restrictions and compliance control.Subnetworks must explicitly exclude coupons, retargeting, and other publisher types that are currently outside our cooperation strategy.As long as sub-publishers can pass our brand alignment and compliance review, we are happy to continue the collaboration.Sharing a sub-publisher list (either upfront or upon request) would be highly appreciated, as it helps us ensure transparency and proper partner vetting.

*) Additional Restricted Terms (Crucial for Lilysilk):

No Retargeting/Remarketing: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using retargeting technologies, including but not limited to: display retargeting, behavioral retargeting, and email retargeting based on LILYSILK’s site traffic. Any sales attributed to such activities will be declined.

No Browser Extensions: The use of browser extensions, toolbars, or any "drop-cookie" software that interferes with the user’s organic shopping journey or highlights coupons at checkout is strictly prohibited.

Subnetwork Transparency: Subnetworks must provide a full list of active sub-publishers upon request. Any sub-publisher found to be a coupon/voucher site will result in the immediate suspension of the entire subnetwork account.

Adware/Spyware: Any use of forced clicks, pop-unders, or hidden frames to set cookies is grounds for immediate termination without pay.

LILYSILK have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time so please review regularly.
