When paired with an iFIT subscription, each machine becomes a responsive training environment that adjusts in real time to the terrain on screen, the trainer's cues, and the performance of the person training on it. That real-world integration is the foundation of everything we build, and it is what the NordicTrack + iFIT system was designed to deliver.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

When applying for affiliate status for the NordicTrack programme you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below:

Brand Guidelines:

Affiliates should only use supplied graphics and logos on their sites and are not permitted to alter any of the creative available through the interface.

Commission:

Commission structure: 8%; excluding delivery & assembly and warranties

All sales are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges.

Cookie window 30 days.

Please note that if an affiliate sale has used a code only available to another affiliate (i.e another affiliate’s exclusive code, email sign-up code), then their commission will be declined.

Sales and tenancy payment will take up to 45 days to process from the date of validation.

Tenancy payments are confirmed in the system once uploaded, however they are not invoiced until all sale validations are complete, which is 10 days after the end of the month a transaction is made to allow for cancellations.

Other terms:

PPC: NordicTrack operates a restricted keyword policy on all its brand names and trademarks. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any branded terms without written authorization from NordicTrack. This also includes variations and misspellings associated with the NordicTrack brand and use of NordicTrack URLs (www.nordictrack.com/uk, nordictrack.com/uk and any variations related to the NordicTrack brand). If these restrictions are not adhered to, you will be removed from the program and all open transactions will be rejected.

Voucher Codes: The affiliate voucher codes are those which are listed in the Tradedoubler Voucher code API. Any other voucher codes that are used in affiliate sales will not receive commission, unless there's a written agreement from NordicTrack

Google Shopping: Affiliates are not permitted to run Google Shopping campaigns unless authorised by NordicTrack. Please do not submit our product feed to Google Shopping, other Comparison Shopping Services engines (CSS), PriceRunner or any other third party feed based comparison site.

Social media: posting on NordicTrack social media pages (i.e the NordicTrack Facebook wall) to drive traffic back to affiliates own sites is strictly prohibited. Direct linking to NordicTrack websites from paid social media is prohibited.

Blogger / Influencer Content: all communications related to NordicTrack products and services sent to or shared with bloggers’ and influencers’ user base will require NordicTrack's approval prior to sending.

Tracking: Please ensure you use the tracking links provided by TradeDoubler to ensure your customer journey is properly tracked.

NordicTrack has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time so please review regularly.

Affiliate shall not make any representation, express or implied, about calorie burn, fat burn, weight loss, body inches lost, or clothing size reductions. In all other respects, Affiliate is solely responsible for the content of each post and iFIT shall have no input on any post as long as it meets the obligations of this Agreement. iFIT may direct Affiliate to delete or revise any advertisement that, contrary to the requirements above, (1) includes any representation, express or implied, about calorie burn, fat burn, weight loss, body inches lost, or clothing size reductions or (2) does not include the Disclosure detailed below.

Within 24 hours prior to a post being made, Affiliate must submit content via email for review. iFIT may direct Affiliate to delete or revise any post upon review of said post for any reason. Affiliate agrees to abide by iFIT’s decision to revise or remove a post upon request.

Restrictions. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from: (a) directly or indirectly intercepting, diverting, or redirecting traffic to or from any other website or enabling the diversion of affiliate payments from another website toolbar, browser plug-in, extension, or add-on (or attempting to do so, including by using any software or technology designed to achieve the foregoing); (b) enabling or utilizing any "cookie stuffing", pop-ups, or false or misleading links; or (c) using any mechanisms to deliver leads other than through an intended consumer. In the event iFIT determines or reasonably believes any affiliate is in breach of these restrictions, iFIT may immediately terminate and revoke that affiliate's right to participate in iFIT's affiliate program and, without limiting iFIT's remedies at law or in equity, withhold payment of any commissions claimed by that affiliate.
