Commission is set at 5% to 7% for every valid sale made giving affiliates the potential to earn around £9 or more, based on average booking values of between £150 and £190.

Note

For non cashback affiliates, we have tiered our commission to the following easily achievable targets

1 - 14 sales per month = 5%

15 - 30 sales per month = 6%

31 sales or more sales per month 7%

And for any number of sales we offer a 5% fixed commission for our cashback affiliates unless otherwise agreed.

Commissions are paid post-collection/drop-off. Commissions on cancelled bookings are not payable. Further commission may be attainable based on program and promotional coverage.

Basic Terms

Affiliates agree to provide AVL with up-to-date contact information so we can communicate the best offers to you in person to help you build your campaigns.
By joining the Carrentals.co.uk affiliate programme, affiliates are agreeing to promote Carrentals.co.uk in an honest, fair manner, using up to date information, as provided by Carrentals.co.uk through our regular affiliate communications. Carrentals.co.uk will be promoted in a manner that gives all visitors a positive user experience.
Any car hire bookings made will be tracked by Carrentals.co.uk and their associated suppliers. This information will be uploaded into Tradedoubler on a once daily basis, Monday through Friday. Affiliates should normally be able to see transactions via the Tradedoubler interface after 10am on the next working day. All commission is paid post-collection/drop-off. Commission on bookings which are cancelled are not payable on.
Netflights and Opodo are not shown on the affiliate programme and any sales made via these suppliers will not be paid out on. If any sales via these suppliers are put through as transaction adjustments they will be rejected.
Discounts, Offers and Promotions Carrentals.co.uk may offer offers or promotions to affiliates and in return ask that the following terms and conditions of use are abided by in full:
Any offers and promotions promoted by affiliates must have been acquired through the Carrentals.co.uk affiliate programme, and should be published clearly showing the expiry dates, thus ensuring all customers clearly understand the duration of any promotion.
Carrentals.co.uk does not offer discount codes or voucher codes. Any affiliate advertising non-existent codes for Carrentals.co.uk will be removed from the Carrentals.co.uk affiliate programme.
Affiliates are not permitted to promote offers that are not explicitly issued as part of the Carrentals.co.uk affiliate programme. This list includes offers Carrentals.co.uk have made with partnering companies, offline promotional activities, or in-house, non affiliate marketing activity such as promotions included with orders, customer newsletters and emails.
General correspondence about the programme and any updates will be issued via Tradedoubler, via the PerformanceIN forums or directly via Carrentals.co.uk.
• From time to time we may reward specific affiliates within our programme with exclusive terms for achieving targets set by Carrentals.co.uk.
PPC Bidding and Restrictions
Carrentals.co.uk operates an in-house PPC programme.
All affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the following terms in any form. Moreover, these terms must not form any part of a PPC advert or ad copy. This restriction is applicable to the term itself and any mis-spellings or variations thereof.

Domain Restrictions
Affiliates should not register domains that are similar, or confusingly similar to the following domains. In addition, Affiliates should not deliberately or accidentally mislead any visitor to believe they are visiting one of the following domains.

Affiliates may not put the Carrentals.co.uk website into frames or use masked URLS, nor creates clones or duplicates of any part of our website.
In order to prevent out of date content, affiliates may not hardcode the creative into their site. Affiliates found to be doing this will be written to with a warning and given a 1 month’s notice period to update the content or face withheld commissions and/or removal from the programme.

Javascript search boxes
We have created a tool to allow you to produce search boxes for inclusion on your website which are already pre-populated with a destination, so if for example your site focuses on Ibiza you can ensure that the search box is pre-populated with Ibiza.

Prohibited Sites:

The following types of sites are all banned from joining Carrentals.co.uk affiliate programme:

-Pornographic or sexually explicit sites - Gambling sites, or any sites promoting gambling - Violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, sex and other illegal activities - Sites hat use spyware or phishing techniques, or are motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practices - Sites [or affiliates] that adopt black hat web practices - Sites that contravene the interest of Carrentals.co.uk and/or ASAP Ventures Ltd. - Voucher Code sites - Any competitor or rival company.
In all cases, the acceptance of a site/affiliate onto the Carrentals.co.uk affiliate programme will be at the sole discretion of ASAP Ventures Ltd.
Cookie Length and Policy
The cookie length for the Carrrentals.co.uk affiliate program is 28 days. Cookies will be deduped, so that the last click is attributed the sale.
Termination

Any affiliate found breaking these Terms will receive an initial written warning. Any subsequent breach will result in removal from the programme, and the withholding of any accrued transaction commission.
