Park Inn: Delivers stress-free experiences. Uncomplicated, vibrant, friendly and fresh.

Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotels: A flagship brand of hotels in London and England. Luxurious and Dynamic.

Prize by Radisson : A new generation of centrally located lifestyle led properties. Prize by Radisson ’s eclectic character combines comfortable accommodation in an informal setting and service culture.

Get a 4% commission on every booking you help us achieve. It is important to remind you that the transaction will not be considered "approved" until the user finalises the stay.

It is also important for our affiliates to know that brand bidding is strictly forbidden. Any affiliate found incurring in this practice will be banned from the program and all their transactions denied.

Allowed publishers are: cashback, voucher codes, editorial content, social traffic, loyalty, shopping directory, influencers…

By submitting your application to our program, you hereby acknowledge and agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and ensure you are happy with the limitations we have placed upon how affiliates can promote our brand.

Radisson Hotels Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The agreement below governs the relationship between “You” (the affiliate) and “We” or “Us” (the Radisson Hotels campaign).

By agreeing to the below, you agree that you will comply with all conditions outlined and understand that any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in your removal from the campaign and commissions being declined.

1. Affiliate Approvals

Affiliates applying to the Radisson Hotels program will be reviewed by Accenture Interactive Affiliate Channel Account Managers, who will determine whether the site is appropriate for the Radisson Hotels brand.

2. Commission Structure & CPA Deal Guidelines

The commission structure is based on the internal categorization of hotels, each assigned to one of four CPA tiers:

STARTER (4%) – Foundational hotels that are essential to the portfolio, though not the current promotional focus. Most hotels currently fall into this tier.

SHARPER (5%) – Hotels that contribute steadily to overall performance and revenue.

SUPERB (6%) – Strategically positioned hotels that receive increased visibility and support.

SMARTER (7%) – Top-tier hotels aligned with key business goals and growth priorities.

When negotiating CPA increases, it is recommended to agree on a fixed CPA rate (e.g. 10%) rather than a percentage increase (e.g. +2% CPAi).

CPAi deals are always calculated from the default 4% rate and apply equally across all hotel tiers. For example, a +2% CPAi agreement results in a 6% commission for every hotel, regardless of its original tier.

Agreeing on a fixed CPA rate instead provides greater control and clarity during promotional periods.

3. Claims / Transaction Queries Submission

When submitting a claim, please follow these guidelines to avoid rejection:

Respect all field requirements.

Submit claims only for reservations that have already been consumed.

Submit one claim per Order ID.

RHG Order IDs are 8-character alphanumeric codes (e.g. 1VQ2CMJD, 0RZY2JWY).

The RHG Order ID is different from the TradeDoubler Transaction ID.

Claims containing an incorrect Order ID will be rejected.

For bookings involving multiple rooms that generate multiple reservations, submit only one claim using a single Booking ID with the corresponding total order value.

4. Sales Validation

Sales are validated based on the stay date.

Commissions are only paid for valid stays.

Commissions will be declined if:

the booking has been cancelled;

the guest is a no-show; or

the reservation was not utilized.

5. PPC Policy

Unless specifically agreed in writing by Radisson Hotels Group or Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel, affiliates must not:

Purchase, license or operate any domain name confusingly similar to radissonhotels.com or its localized versions.

their misspellings

Radisson Hotels brand names

(The complete restricted keyword list is available within the platform under "Restricted keyword policy info".)

Use Radisson brand terms (or derivatives) in:

PPC keywords

ad copy

display URLs

Drive paid or unpaid search engine traffic directly to Radisson Hotels websites.

Use Radisson brand terms in advertisements that redirect traffic from competitor keywords.

These restrictions take precedence over any conflicting provisions elsewhere in this agreement.

5.1 Brand Bidding Enforcement

Violations will be handled as follows:

First breach – Formal warning.

Second breach – Permanent removal from the Affiliate Program.

6. Strict Liability for Subnetwork Activity

Subnetworks participate on a strict liability basis regarding their Sub-Publishers.

Any confirmed instance of:

fraud;

ad hijacking;

unauthorized brand bidding;

trademark abuse; or

deceptive advertising

may result in:

immediate cancellation of all commissions;

forfeiture of unpaid balances; and

immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.

Subnetworks assume full commercial responsibility for the conduct of their Sub-Publishers.

6.1 Fraud, Non-Compliance and Remedies

If Radisson Hotels determines that a Subnetwork or Sub-Publisher has breached these Terms, the Company may:

invalidate affected transactions;

cancel unpaid commissions;

withhold future payments; and

terminate participation immediately.

These actions may be taken without prior notice.

7. Ad Hijacking – Prohibited Practices and Enforcement

7.1 What is Ad Hijacking?

Ad hijacking includes activities that manipulate or intercept traffic or tracking without creating genuine incremental value.

Examples include:

cookie stuffing;

forced clicks;

hidden redirects;

brand bidding;

URL interception; and

unauthorized use of affiliate tracking links.

7.2 Ad Hijacking Policy

Ad hijacking is strictly prohibited within the Radisson Hotels Affiliate Program.

7.3 Monitoring

Affiliate activity is continuously monitored using compliance and fraud detection tools.

7.4 Penalties

Confirmed violations may result in:

Immediate removal from the Affiliate Program.

Cancellation of all related commissions.

Supporting evidence being provided.

Notification with documented proof.

Permanent removal from the program.

8. Browser Extensions & Software-Based Promotion Policy

Browser extensions, plugins, toolbars and similar software are considered high-risk traffic sources and are subject to strict requirements.

8.1 Prohibited Behaviours

Extensions must not:

perform ad hijacking;

perform cookie stuffing;

trigger affiliate links without deliberate user action;

inject banners or pop-ups onto Radisson Hotels or third-party websites;

impersonate Radisson Hotels branding or messaging.

8.2 Attribution & Incrementality Rules

Commissions are paid only for genuinely incremental traffic.

The following traffic is considered non-commissionable:

non-incremental traffic;

diverted traffic from paid search;

direct traffic;

CRM traffic; and

traffic intercepted from other affiliate partners.

9. Purchase of Domains

Affiliates may not register domain names containing variations of Radisson Hotels' URL without prior written approval.

10. Email Policy

Affiliates may not send unsolicited email ("spam").

Any email campaign promoting Radisson Hotels requires prior approval from Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel / Radisson Hotels.

All creative material must also receive approval before distribution.

11. Copy & Creative

Affiliates should only use creative materials supplied through TradeDoubler.

Only approved copy provided by Radisson Hotels or Accenture Interactive Affiliation Channel may be used.

Hardcoding banners is discouraged to ensure updates take effect immediately.

12. Discount Code Policy

Only discount or voucher codes supplied through:

TradeDoubler;

Accenture Interactive Affiliate Channel; or

Radisson Hotels

may be promoted.

Promotion of codes intended exclusively for other marketing channels is prohibited.

Affiliates must also comply with the IAB Voucher Code Code of Conduct.

Failure to comply may result in:

declined commissions; and

removal from the affiliate program.

13. Display Activity

Affiliates promoting Radisson Hotels through display advertising remain responsible for all activity, regardless of website ownership.

Radisson Hotels reserves the right to withhold commissions if these Terms & Conditions are breached.

13.1 Social Media & Mobile

Affiliates may not represent themselves as Radisson Hotels on any social media or mobile platform.

14. Breach of Network Terms & Conditions

If TradeDoubler removes an affiliate from its network, Radisson Hotels may also remove that affiliate from the program.

15. Toolbars and Browser Plugins

Affiliates may not promote Radisson Hotels through toolbars or browser plugins without explicit authorization from the Radisson Hotels marketing team.

Unauthorized use may result in declined commissions and suspension from the affiliate program.
