For publishers operating as SUB-NETWORK:

eDreams allows affiliates to recruit publishers and create sub-affiliate networks as long as the following terms are met:

- At the request of eDreams, the affiliate must provide (within 3 days following the request) written information to clarify the identity of each sub-affiliate (including name, legal information, website URL, traffic and any information deemed useful). It is understood that, once the particulars of the sub-network publishers are known, eDreams will not enter into direct agreements with them outside the sub-network itself.

- The terms and conditions of the Program and any agreement between eDreams and the affiliate will apply to the affiliated sub-network and to each of its publishers. The affiliate will be responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions of the program by its publishers.
