General Programme Terms & Conditions:

Dreams reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the programme who breaks any of the programme terms and conditions, or who uses unethical or suspicious behaviour. Due to many products being made to order and our 40 Night comfort guarantee, Dreams only validate orders 90-120 days after the order date, so please make this obvious on your website. Cancellations, returns and exchanges are accounted for during our validation period so we only pay commission on the customers’ final order. Please note that Dreams are unable to pay commissions on any VAT, delivery charges, recycling, assembly, bedcover, card payment fees, taxes or any additional charges.

Paid Search/Shopping:

No PPC activity is allowed including brand or generic terms whether this is in ad text, copy or display URLs. Affiliates are requested not to bid on brand name terms, branding or any derivation of misspelling including but not isolated to:

Affiliates found bidding on restricted terms may have pending transactions cancelled and face immediate suspension from the programme. Affiliates are not allowed to bid on terms that contain links to our direct competitors’ brands.
Affiliates are requested not to bid on Hyde & Sleep, Insignia, Doze, TheraPur or The Dreams Workshop brand terms or ANY derivation or misspelling.

Coupons/Vouchers:

Dreams does not show a discount box to any customer unless the Affiliate has an agreed code for their specific use. Any affiliate showing a promotional code that they have not been approved for will therefore upset their customer and likely lose the sale, so please contact us with any code approval request. Any commissions earned using these codes in their advertising may be cancelled as a result. We will not pay commission on bounce back or future reward promotions. Please note that cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any voucher or discount code unless agreed prior with the specific Affiliate.

Transaction Queries:

We only allow transaction queries after 120 days and up to 180 days.

Product Feed:

We do not allow site scrapes so all affiliates needing product level data should use the feed we provide. We are happy to discuss any feed requirements you may have however.

Email Marketing, Social & Publicity Creative:

If you intend to promote Dreams via email or social, the communication must not imply it is directly from Dreams, and must be obvious it is from the Affiliate and/or sponsored. We must be sent a copy of the e-mail/post for prior approval. Affiliates are not permitted to advertise their own websites by posting on Dreams official social wall. You must abide by all current privacy and security laws inforce.

Display:

Affiliates are not permitted to promote Dreams via display advertising.

Toolbars and Browser Plug-ins:

There is no permission to promote Dreams through any toolbar or plug-in without prior approval.

Marketplaces:

Dreams does not allow affiliates to place products, links, banners or stores selling Dreams products on eBay, Amazon or any other marketplace.

Link hijacking:

This is strictly forbidden.

Features across our stores and website:

Please note that we are currently trialling a product shortlist which is available across stores and website. We will not be paying commission on any orders where this cross channel list has been used during the customer journey while we monitor the utilisation of this functionality and its effect on sales overall. This check will be completed at the time of order validation.

Enrolment:

After receiving your application, we will review your website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application if we feel your site is not suitable for our programme, however we encourage you to contact us to explain your marketing intentions if you feel we have come to an incorrect conclusion. If accepted onto the programme, you should only use the tracking links obtained via the interface or via communications from the Dreams Account Management team. Dreams are happy to discuss company strategies and exposure opportunities with Affiliates however this information must remain confidential. Affiliates must not release any sensitive or confidential information ahead of it being live on the Dreams website or has been approved to do so by the Dreams Affiliate team. Any breaches of confidentiality will result in immediate suspension.

Brand Guidelines:

Any use of the Dreams logo must be signed off prior to use by Dreams. Attempts to imitate or replicate our own website are not acceptable and will not be approved. The customer must understand that they are on a third party website not belonging to Dreams. Affiliates may not alter any of the banners made available through the programme and should not hardcode banners into their own website, so that updates made to those available through the network may take immediate effect.

Region:

The region covered in this programme is UK only. Northern Ireland is run as a franchise and therefore any orders to NI will be cancelled in regards to commission.

If any affiliate is found breaking any of the programme terms and conditions they will face suspension from the programme.
