As Germany's most popular leisure airline, Condor has been taking its guests to the world's most beautiful holiday destinations since 1956 – from the eight biggest airports in Germany as well as Vienna in Austria and Zurich in Switzerland to around 90 destinations in Europe, Africa, in the Indian Ocean, North America and in the Caribbean. Condor operates a fleet of over 50 aircrafts, which are maintained by the company's own maintenance operation, Condor Technik GmbH, according to the highest safety standards at the Frankfurt and Dusseldorf locations. In spring 2022, Germany's most popular leisure airline unveiled its new brand identity: Inspired by parasols, bath towels and beach chairs, Condor now wears stripes in five colors. This illustrates the development from a leisure airline to a unique and unmistakable vacation brand. The new design was unveiled with the first A330neo, which is operated by Condor since December 2022. As the German launch customer, Condor will then be flying 18 A330neo long-haul aircrafts. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology and maximum efficiency, the latest-generation 2-liter aircraft is the European front-runner with 2.1 liters per passenger per 100 kilometers and maximum customer comfort. Condor will also receive 41 brand-new short- and medium-haul aircraft of the A32Xneo family from 2024. TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONDOR AFFILIATE PROGRAM 
In addition to the general terms and conditions of the Affiliate Network, the following terms and conditions apply to the Condor Affiliate Program. With your application, you accept these.
Websites with unlawful, violent, and erotic content are excluded from participation in the Affiliate Program.
We reserve the right to reject or exclude partner websites
  • which have their own affiliate programs
  • which are "under construction"
  • with above-average loading times or are unavailable
  • who, despite express acceptance of our application filter regarding pornographic and violent content, continue to link to such pages
  • which primarily contain competitions
  • with banner exchange offers
  • with paid clicks / forced clicks
  • like ad networks

PUBLISHER MODELS 
Incentive Sites 
Are cashback affiliate sites permitted on the program? Yes-
Are loyalty affiliate sites (i.e., sites that offer an incentive other than cash, such as points) permitted on the program? Yes. 
If the standard commission offering is tiered, can the merchant provide a fixed commission level for these affiliates? Yes, with permission for merchant. 
If permitted, will the merchant provide a commitment to resolving any missing transactions that occur?
Yes, however claims must be submitted within 6 months, otherwise they may not be considered. 

Use of Voucher Codes
Are voucher code affiliates permitted on the program?
Yes. All Affiliates that use voucher codes must adhere to the IAB voucher Code of Conduct.
If so, can they utilize any code, or only those created specifically for the affiliate channel?
Only those created specifically for the affiliate channel.

Software Application Sites
Are software application sites permitted on the program?
Where widgets and toolbars are used to prompt users to make their sales through an affiliate link, when the customer is already in the purchasing phase, this activity is prohibited. All software used must be on an opt in only basis. 

Use of Sub-Affiliate Networks
Are sub-affiliate networks permitted on the program?
Yes, providing that there was full visibility of secondary/sub affiliates. Sign off must be given prior to launch. 

Use of Social Media
Are affiliates permitted to promote the program across their own Social Media properties? Yes. 
Are affiliates permitted to promote the program in the wider Social Media space (e.g. Facebook arbitrage)? Yes. 

E-Mail Affiliates 
Are affiliates permitted to distribute emails advertising the merchant to their own database? Yes. 
Do emails need to be approved by the merchant prior to send out?
Yes. Please email account manager for sign-off.  

PPC AFFILIATES 

Restrictions on PPC Keywords 

Are affiliates permitted to bid in search engines on brand terms? No.

Are affiliates permitted to bid on hybrid brand + generic terms?    No.

Are affiliates permitted to bid on misspellings and variations of the brand term?
No, see above. This includes “Condor Holidays”. All brand and brand + generic related terms. All affiliates must negative match on brand terms, misspellings and variations in Exact Match, Phrase Match and Broad Match Modifier.

Is this open to all affiliates or will a closed group be in operation?
No, affiliates are allowed to bid on these terms. 

Which terms are trademarked in the search engines, if any?
Condor, Condor Flugdienst, Condor Flug, Condor Flüge, condor.com, www.condor.com, condor.de, www.condor.de, Condor Airlines, Condor Fluggesellschaft, Condor Eintagsfliegen, Eintagsfliege.

Are there any variations to the above for Mobile Search? No.

URL Restriction
Can affiliates use the brand name in their URL?    No.
Can affiliates use the brand name in the sub domain or directory URL of their own website?
Only in the following format: www.mysite.com/condor where this directs customers to the Condor page of their site and the domain of the URL exists as its own entity.
Direct Linking Restrictions 
Are affiliates allowed to send traffic directly to the merchant site from the PPC space in the search engines, using the merchant URL as their display URL? No.
Which search engines does this apply to? All.
 
BRANDING 

Branding Guidelines 

Do affiliates have to adhere to any branding guidelines, e.g., referring to the client in certain terms, using particular fonts, including any necessary information? No. 

Creatives Restriction 
Do affiliates have to display the most up to date logo at all times from the network? Yes. 
Do affiliates have to pick up creative from the network interface rather than hardcoding it?
Yes, hardcoding is prohibited.

Copy Compliance
Are there any copy regulations that affiliates have to adhere to?
Only when sale information is sent out – this should be reflected correctly to avoid customer confusion.

What is the turnaround time expected on any changes and what notice will be given?
Due to the nature of the business, sale information is sent out only a day before and can be extended at short notice.

Deeplinks 
Are affiliates permitted to deeplink to specific pages on the merchant site? Yes.

Ramifications
What are the consequences of any affiliate breaking T&Cs?
Reversals of commissions and removal from the program.

The merchant agrees, wherever possible, to provide affiliates with reasonable notice period on any significant changes to the program. Examples of significant changes include, but are not limited to, commission changes of more than 25%, alterations in de-duplication criteria and program closure.
