Table Tennis 365 Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions The agreement below governs the relationship between “You” (the affiliate) and “We” or “Us” (the Table Tennis 365 campaign). By agreeing to the below, you agree that you will comply to all conditions outlined and understand that any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in your removal from the campaign and commissions being declined. PPC Policy Competing with us on PPC is forbidden under our terms and conditions, unless specifically agreed in writing. We do welcome discussions with affiliates that may be interested in partnering and working with “Us”, to perform the function of PPC on our behalf, on a CPA basis. Without our express agreement affiliates must not: i) purchase, license or operate any domain name which is confusingly similar to “tabletennis365.com” or “tabletennis365.co.uk”. ii) bid on the “tabletennis365.com” or “tabletennis365.co.uk” keyword, or any of its misspellings. iii) compete on table tennis keywords on any of the search engines where “We” currently operate. iv) use the term “tabletennis365.com” or any of its derivatives in the affiliate's ad text for driving traffic to the affiliate's sites. v) drive paid or unpaid traffic from search engines directly to Table Tennis 365’ pages. For the avoidance of doubt, the above restrictions or the specific terms of agreement regarding authorised PPC activity shall supersede any conflicting provision that may be found in any section of this Agreement. These rules are effective immediately and should the affiliate not comply they will be suspended from the Table Tennis 365 affiliate program with immediate effect. Purchase of Domains  Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of Table Tennis 365’ own URL unless agreed directly with “Us”. Email policy Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this affiliate program. If you wish to send out an email on behalf of Table Tennis 365 to your database, you must seek prior approval from “Us”. In addition, all creatives must be signed-off by “Us” prior to final send. Please email affiliates@tabletennis365.com to obtain prior approval before send. Copy & Creative Affiliates that wish to use their own copy or creatives must gain express approval from “Us”, prior to any form of promotion. Without approval affiliates must: use creatives supplied directly from the TRADE DOUBLER interface. use copy provided directly through the TRADE DOUBLER system. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their site, so updates made to those available through TRADE DOUBLER may take immediate effect. Custom copy and creatives are subject to this same requirement. Discount Code Policy Affiliates are only permitted to use any discount code or voucher code provided directly by TRADE DOUBLER for their use in the affiliate channel. Affiliates are not permitted to promote any discount code or voucher codes that are being utilized exclusively by other marketing channels. The use of 'illegal' discount codes may result in sales being declined and ultimately suspension from the affiliate program. Affiliates are also expected to adhere to the IAB Voucher code, code of conduct. Affiliates found to be in breach of the code of conduct will be removed from the Table Tennis 365 campaign and sales may be declined. Cashback Sites Commissions will only be valid on sales that have been transacted without the use of a discount code. For clarity; discount codes from other sources will invalidate any cashback offer. Display Activity Any affiliates that promote Table Tennis 365 via display are responsible for their activity, regardless of whether they own the websites on which they are promoting us. We reserve the rights to withhold commissions if the affiliate breaches Table Tennis 365 terms and conditions. Social Media & Mobile Affiliates are not permitted to pose as Table Tennis 365 on any social media or mobile platforms. Breach of Network Terms & Conditions Any action taken by the affiliate network (TRADE DOUBLER) to remove an affiliate site from the network may result in an affiliate being removed from the Table Tennis 365 affiliate campaign. Affiliate Approvals Affiliates applying to the Table Tennis 365 program will be reviewed prior to approval. Table Tennis 365 will not accept any affiliate onto the program who promotes adult, gambling, illegal or defamatory content. Toolbars and Browser Plugins Affiliates are not permitted to promote Table Tennis 365 through any toolbar or plugin unless they have direct authorisation from Table Tennis 365, in addition to being accepted onto the Table Tennis 365 affiliate program. The unauthorised use of this type of software/script may result in sales being declined and ultimately programme suspension. Affiliate Commission The default commission structure for the Table Tennis 365 program is 4% for all affiliates. Commissions will only be paid on COMPLETED orders, 14 days following confirmation of successful delivery. Higher levels of commission may be agreed with high volume or specialist affiliates but are subject to change at the sole discretion of Table Tennis 365. No genuine sale recorded prior to removal, will be affected. Commission rates are payable on the VAT exclusive value of each retail order. Cookie Period Cookie period is 30 days. Sales Validation Commissions are only paid on valid orders. A commission will fall due, once our 14-day cancelation or returns period has passed. This 14-day period starts from the date of delivery, not order. Sales are validated after the 14-day cancelation period has passed. The commission will be declined if an order has been cancelled or returned within the 14-day cancelation period.
