20% is on the price that a client pays to Sialph (which may be a discounted price).

YOU MUST NOT:

- Promote Sialph by registering a domain name with Sialph included within it
- Promote Sialph as a way for others to invest into businesses
- Promote Sialph in a way that will bring the brand into disrepute
- Make any false claims or accusations relating to Sialph's services and brand
- Make any misrepresentations as to the services that will be provided
- Make any bids on the words "Sialph" or "Sialph Capital" or anything relating to it
- Promote Sialph within content that is not related to business to business, consulting, finance or professional services.
