Here at Snowdonia Cheese Co, we’ve been creating exceptional cheese since 2001.

We had a vision: to craft delicious, small-batch cheeses with as much character as the wild and beautiful Snowdonia landscape.

We’re still dedicated to our pursuit of incredible flavour. We now produce 12 varieties of Cheddar and Red Leicester, sealed in richly coloured wax. Crunchy crackers baked the traditional way. Little jars of chutney for dolloping and dipping. Velvety cheese bakes for heating at home. Each created using time-honed techniques and our bespoke recipes.
