Since 2018, Lidl has been selling a variety of products through its online store, including bazaar items, Esmara fashion collections, Crivit sportswear, Silvercrest kitchenware and small appliances, Parkside and Florabest tools and gardening accessories, among others. Currently, the service is only available for deliveries within mainland Spain.

Commission: 5% CPA across all product categories

Possibility of increased CPA and exclusive discount codes

Claims for untracked sales:

  • Only accepted if submitted through the program’s official tool — not via email.
  • Must be submitted during the first week of the month following the purchase.
  • Sales will be validated 60 days after the purchase date.
  • Claims submitted more than 3 months after the transaction will not be accepted.
  • Lidl reserves the right to accept or reject each claim following individual evaluation.

The terms of participation govern involvement in the Lidl Affiliate Program. In addition to the general terms of the affiliate network, our program is subject to the following specific conditions:

1. Publisher Restrictions, Obligations, and Responsibilities

Websites participating in the Lidl Affiliate Program may not contain, use, or promote any of the following types of content, nor may they be associated with or linked to such content:

Political, erotic, pornographic, weapon-related, violent, or drug-related content, or anything involving criminal law;

Pages that violate current legislation;

Pages with poor accessibility or long loading times;

Domain names containing “Lidl” in any form, including misspellings like “Lidel”;

Use of the Lidl brand in account names;

Pages that mimic or cause confusion with Lidl’s official website;

Ad listings, paid link directories, or websites that request or force clicks;

Pages containing or installing dialers, adware, and/or spyware on users' computers;

Browser add-ons like voucher extensions;

Pages with their own affiliate programs;

Practices like dropping, iFrames, layer advertising, and pop-ups: cookies may only be generated using official Lidl advertising media with clearly visible branding;

Lidl advertising materials must be visible to users;

Each cookie must be generated through a voluntary and conscious user click;

Pages without legal disclosures;

“Under construction” or inaccessible pages;

Post-click and post-view marketing is strictly prohibited.

Affiliates may only promote Lidl's program on pre-approved websites and may not use any other sites in their directory without prior approval. If violated, commission claims will be voided, and Lidl reserves the right to immediately exclude the offending affiliate and take legal action, including damage claims if necessary.

2. Search Engines

Affiliates may not use the term “Lidl” in keywords, ad titles, ad texts, or display URLs when advertising on search engines (e.g., Google, Yahoo).

It is prohibited to make Lidl ads appear as if they originate from Lidl itself.

Only affiliates with their own homepage are allowed to participate; direct links to Lidl landing pages are not allowed.

Brand terms and misspellings must be set as negative keywords.

Use of unrelated keywords is prohibited.

Advertising Lidl products via Google Shopping is not allowed.

This also applies to organic search (SEO).

Product Comparison Restriction:No content-based product comparisons are allowed with the following brands (comparisons are only permitted on dedicated comparison sites):

DIY: Gardena, Kärcher, Makita

Fashion: Adidas, Nike, Puma, Under Armour, Camp David

Home: Braun, DeLonghi, Kitchenaid, Ninja, Philips, Shark, Sodastream, WMF

Home & DIY: Bosch

Kids & Toys: Carrera, HABA, Hasbro, LEGO, MAM, Mattel, Ravensburger, Schleich, Steiff

Multimedia: JBL

Sports & Leisure: Cube, Ghost, Jack Wolfskin, Quicksilver, Reebok, Scott, Thule, Vaude

Sales from content comparing Lidl products with these brands will not be eligible for commissions. Such articles or affiliate links must be removed.

Violation may result in cancellation of all leads/sales generated by the affiliate and immediate termination from the program.

3. Advertising Material

All advertising materials used within the Lidl Affiliate Program are copyrighted and may only be used within the program. Modifying Lidl images or slogans is prohibited. Any tampering or misuse of Lidl promotional content will result in immediate exclusion from the program.

Lidl reserves the right to pursue legal claims for altered advertising materials (e.g., incorrect pricing) published on affiliate sites. Any use outside the program, including commercial distribution or reproduction, is prohibited without prior written consent. This includes inclusion in electronic databases and formats like CD-ROMs or DVDs.

Legal limitations from copyright, data protection, and other applicable laws also apply.

4. Vouchers & Voucher Partners

Unauthorized use of vouchers or codes related to the program is prohibited.

Vouchers from newspapers, magazines, or exclusive promotions cannot be published online or used on affiliate websites without Lidl's written approval.

Sales made using unauthorized codes will not be commissioned.

Expired vouchers must be removed and not listed in histories.

“Click here to view” links are not allowed if no valid voucher is present.

5. Email Marketing Campaigns

All email marketing campaigns must be submitted to Lidl for approval before launch.

6. Commission Structure

Standard commission: 5% CPA on all product categories at Lidl.es

The commission model may vary based on the publisher’s activity.

Important Notes on Commissioning:

Cashback systems or portals can only pass on 50% of commissions to users.

Sales with vouchers on Lidl.de receive 50% of the fixed commission.

Book orders are excluded from commissions. While your dashboard may initially show 5%, this is corrected in monthly reconciliations.

Lead commissions: Only use official advertising materials from Lidl's media library to ensure tracking.

Cookie duration: 30 days.

Basket Freeze: A 30-minute "basket freeze" from the beginning of checkout ensures fair crediting of sales across channels.

Sales from the Lidl app are not tracked and therefore not commissioned.

Some products are excluded from the program and earn €0 commission.

Untracked sales claims must meet the following conditions:

Claims must be submitted via the designated tool, not email.

Claims must be uploaded during the first week of the month following the transaction.

Sales are validated 60 days post-purchase via the platform.

Claims submitted after 3 months will not be accepted.

Lidl reserves the right to accept or reject each claim upon review.

7. Duration & Termination

The contract is open-ended and may be terminated by either party at any time. After termination, all Lidl materials and links must be removed from affiliate sites within 24 hours.

8. Changes to the Terms

Lidl reserves the right to change these terms of participation at any time without providing justification.

9. Confidentiality

All information, including contract provisions, financial and business data, seller and customer lists, and sales or pricing information, is strictly confidential and may not be used for personal purposes.
