Staysure, Staysure Expat, Payingtoomuch, WAPP travel insurance & Petsure pet insurance is arranged by TICORP Limited which is registered in Gibraltar. Company number 111526. Registered office: First Floor, Grand Ocean Plaza, Ocean Village, Gibraltar. TICORP Limited is authorised and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission and trades in the UK on a freedom of services basis. Financial Conduct Authority FRN 663617. Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ticorp Limited (Merchant), and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate (publisher). Ticorp Ltd is the legal entity of Staysure Travel Insurance, Staysure Expat, Avanti Travel Insurance, Payingtoomuch, Petsure & WAPP. Any mention of Ticorp Ltd is referring to the brands stated. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By participating in the Ticorp Ltd Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your participation in the program. Eligibility a. To be eligible for the program, we approve based on a variety of different variables. b. Ticorp Ltd reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our discretion. Affiliate Commissions a. Affiliates will earn a commission on valid referrals that result in a qualifying action, such as a sale or lead, as determined by Ticorp Ltd. b. Commissions may vary based on the specific program or promotion, and rates will be communicated to affiliates upon acceptance into the program and can be found in the commissions section in Partnerize. c. Commissions will be paid out according to the payment schedule established by Ticorp Ltd. Validation period is now 60 days from the transaction date, but will be completed on a monthly basis. d. We retain the right to reject transactions based on different factors. If an affiliate or sub-affiliate uses an invalid code, we will reject the transaction. If the customer cancels their policy, we will reject the transaction. Only valid sales that meet the merchant's criteria shall be approved and sales which are deemed false or fraudulent shall be declined. Ticorp Limited reserves all rights to take such action (including, but without limitation, legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of its website or this programme. Transactions originating from aggregated websites that subsequently convert to affiliate transactions will be declined since we are unable to facilitate double payouts for the same transactions. • We may cancel your application or remove you from the network, if we determine that your site is unsuitable for affiliate partnership, reasons can include: • Promotes sexually explicit materials, violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexuality orientation or age • Websites Bidding on our PPC brand terms (see 4.d for more details). • Websites which publish content that has not been confirmed with Ticorp Limited. brand guidelines • Websites which breach any applicable law or regulation from time-to-time in force including (but without limitation) the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) rules and regulations • Websites which otherwise adopt practices or contain content which damages or brings into disrepute or which may damage or bring into disrepute the reputation or goodwill of Ticorp Limited brands Staysure & Avanti Travel Insurance. • For the avoidance of doubt, you warrant that your website does not and will not during the term of your membership of the programme carry out the above practices or feature the above content. • Inappropriate advertisements - false claims and offers misleading hyperlinks, misleading offers • Suspected fraudulent transactions, Self-referrals • Cancelling a policy before the validation period is over • Quotes obtained from affiliates other than the one in question, for instance, a price comparison website (PCW) or aggregator quote processed through a different affiliate, will not be accepted. e. All sales are validated via Google Analytics, we match the Tradedoubler data to our internal data, to make sure the Tradedoubler transaction hasn't been attributed to another channel (and we aren't therefore paying out twice). To ensure sales are validated correctly, please ensure you use the tracking provided in the network. Any stripping of UTMs, means sales cannot be attributed correctly and may therefore be rejected. Once this is actioned we cannot un-do it. f. Disputed commissions (Transaction Queries) Publishers are welcome to raise any disputed commission payments via the Tradedoubler Network, within 6 month of a transaction. Promotional Guidelines a. Affiliates are permitted ONLY to use approved marketing materials provided by Ticorp Ltd for promotional purposes, within the platform or via email for custom material. Use only links, banners and copy provided. if you require anything bespoke please contact us. All copy/content must be compliant and signed off by us. Deep-linking is permitted only with correct URL's and tracking in place. b. Affiliates must accurately represent Ticorp Ltd and its products/services in their marketing efforts. c. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in misleading, unethical, or illegal marketing practices. d. Affiliates are prohibited from brand term bidding (PPC activity), failure to comply risks being blacklisted from the program. Affiliates are not permitted whilst on the Ticorp Limited Affiliate network, to bid on any the of the Ticorp Limited brands on any search engines, including the use of hybrid brand and generic terms and not limited to misspellings and variations. Commission payments will not be paid for dates where an affiliate is found breaching these terms and conditions. Any trade mark infringements will be escalated with the relevant search engines. e. Voucher codes are permitted on the programme however affiliates should only promote valid codes provided by us. Content must be approved by us, to ensure compliance and brand guidelines are adhered to. If incorrect codes, content or tracking are used this could result in transactions (commissions) being rejected, if not rectified with in 48hrs of an amendment request from us.All Affiliates that use voucher codes must adhere to the IAB voucher Code of Conduct. f. Our sites are responsive for both mobile devices and desktop, tracked through Partnerize. Tracking and Reporting a. Affiliate referrals will be tracked and reported through unique affiliate links and tracking codes provided by Ticorp Ltd. b. Affiliates will have access to performance reports via Tradedoubler to monitor their referrals and commissions. Termination of Affiliate Relationship a. Ticorp Ltd reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. b. Termination may result from violations of these terms and conditions, unethical marketing practices, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Ticorp Ltd. Changes to the Program Ticorp Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or these terms and conditions at any time. Ticorp Ltd agree, wherever possible, to provide affiliates with reasonable notice period of any significant changes to the program, via the affiliate platform. Examples of Significant changes include, but are not limited to, commission changes of 20% or more, alterations in de-duplication criteria, programme closure and updates to Terms & Conditions. Confidentiality Affiliates may have access to confidential information regarding Ticorp Ltd's business and operations. Affiliates agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to the affiliate program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom. By participating in the Ticorp Ltd Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Ticorp Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
