  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by applicable regulations or platform guidelines.
  • Commission cannot be earned on any tracked orders containing unauthorised voucher codes or promotional offers unless explicitly approved by Fruugo Australia for affiliate use.
  • Affiliates must not use misleading advertising, false claims, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, trademark infringement or fraudulent promotional methods.
  • Traffic generated through malicious software, unauthorised browser extensions, adware or any other non compliant promotional activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates must not imply official retailer relationships beyond participation within the Fruugo Australia affiliate program.
  • All paid search traffic must first be directed to an affiliate owned website or approved promotional environment containing original and substantial content.

Fruugo Australia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or reverse commissions associated with non compliant activity, reject transactions deemed fraudulent, cancelled, duplicated or in breach of program policies, request clarification regarding promotional methods or traffic sources, and suspend or permanently remove partners from the program in cases of policy violations or suspicious activity.

Negative Keyword Requirement

Affiliates running paid search campaigns are expected to implement Fruugo Australia brand terms and related variations as negative exact match keywords within their campaigns.

No Direct Linking
