Bidding on VEVOR-related keywords (case-insensitive) is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: “VEVOR”, “VEVOR.COM”, “www.VEVOR.com”, and all variations or misspellings.

Misuse in domain names (e.g., www.vevor-coupons.com) or trademark infringements will result in cancellation of commissions and possible termination.

Direct linking to vevor.de is not allowed. The use of VEVOR’s display URL is also prohibited.

Violations such as TM/TM+ bidding or malicious behavior will result in withheld commissions, and we reserve the right to seek compensation for serious losses.

We reserve the final interpretation rights of all PPC-related policies.

2. Violation Handling Process

If you engage in any of the prohibited activities outlined above, we will take the following actions:

First Violation: A reminder email will be sent. You must stop the activity immediately and inform us upon completion.

Second Violation: Another reminder will be sent. Your commission rate will be adjusted to 0% until the issue is resolved.

Third Violation: A third reminder will be issued. All commissions for orders from the past 30 days will be canceled.

Fourth Violation: Your affiliate account will be suspended and the partnership terminated.

3. Anti-Fraud Policy

VEVOR maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior. This includes, but is not limited to: tampering with tracking data, fabricating conversions, misusing promo codes, diverting or hijacking traffic from legitimate sources, or employing unauthorized or misleading promotion methods.

Any attempt to manipulate the affiliate system, mislead users, or exploit the program for illegitimate gain will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, and recovery of any improperly obtained earnings. VEVOR also reserves the right to pursue legal action if such misconduct results in significant damages or violates applicable laws.

We are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent affiliate environment and will take all necessary actions to protect our brand and business interests.

Brand Protection

1. Any use of the VEVOR brand name must be reviewed and approved in writing.

2. The VEVOR logo may not be used without explicit written permission.

3. You agree not to:

1) Copy, reproduce, download, republish, resell, or distribute any content from VEVOR’s websites without consent.

2) Use VEVOR’s content to operate a competing business or exploit it for commercial purposes.

3) Systematically collect VEVOR site content via automated or manual methods (e.g., bots, scrapers) to build databases, directories, or compilations without authorization.
