Important Programme Information 

Validations:  

Transactions are validated post-dispatch and after the returns window (typically 28 days) has elapsed. 

Voucher Codes:  

Unless explicitly specified, voucher codes cannot be combined with cashback or loyalty points. Please prominently display this restriction on your site to avoid commission being declined due to improper voucher usage.   

Commission:  

Commission is calculated on the total transaction value, excluding VAT and delivery charges.  

Attribution is based on a last-click model.  

We deduplicate against various channels, including affiliates, paid search, video, email and display, following standard cookie hierarchy. 

Please note that only online orders are eligible for commission. 

PPC Policy:

Brand bidding in any PPC campaign (CSS or shopping,  text ads) is prohibited. While CSS partners are welcome in our programme, ensure that brand-specific search terms are excluded unless explicitly approved. Detailed information around the exclusions is available in the Terms.

Voucher Codes: 

Kastel Shoes may give a promotion or voucher code to encourage sales. Affiliates should promote only those voucher codes officially communicated through the Affiliate Program. Kastel Shoes can withhold commission payments if affiliates use unauthorised voucher codes. 

The terms and conditions for voucher codes set by Rocks must be prominently displayed on the affiliate's site. Any voucher codes that have an expiry date should have this date clearly indicated, and such codes must be removed or clearly marked as expired after this date. Kastel Shoes reserves the right to withhold commission from any affiliate who promotes unauthorised codes or fails to display the T’s&C’s until this is rectified. 

  

Cashback Transaction Inquiries: 

Customers are advised to submit cashback enquiries within 90 days from the date of an untracked sale and within 90 days from validation for tracked sales to ensure efficient processing. 

  

Subnetworks: 

Sub-Networks must use the tracking parameter for tracking traffic and sales/leads to the network, and the URL field must be used to inform Tradedoubler of the sub-publisher URL responsible for the sale/lead. 

Non-compliance may result in the loss of commissions.

Resellers/Business: 

Cashback or loyalty incentives are not applicable for purchases intended for resale or business purposes. 

  

Creative/Content/Property Rights: 

Affiliates must not alter any creative or text links provided through the interface unless expressly approved by the Kastel Shoes. 

Kastel Shoes grants affiliates a personal, non-transferable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use Kastel Shoes content solely for displaying links. Any further use of Kastel Shoes content or intellectual property requires prior written consent. 

Affiliates must not engage in any activity with Kastel Shoes content or intellectual property that could negatively impact its value or validity.
