VALIDATION

  1. Minimal deposit - $0 (within 90 days after registration)
  2. Minimum spread revenue - $40 in spreads (within 90 days after FTD)
  3. The client should not be a fraud, which we define as:
    • use of the same IP address and/or device ID for several users
    • the account of the user is inactive for a prolonged period of time
    • user account is closed
    • the user withdraws the deposited amount

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • FxPro Global Markets Ltd (‘FxPro’ or the ‘Firm’) is the advertiser for the purposes of this Insertion Order (‘IO’).
  • These ‘Terms and Conditions’ override any other agreement, arrangements, statements either express or implied made by or on behalf of FxPro.
  • This IO is not valid until signed by FxPro and e-mailed, or sent via any other electronic means.
  • FxPro grants a license to display, perform, publish, and transmit all advertising materials furnished for the purposes of this IO.
  • Each party will keep all information acquired from the other party for the purposes of this IO confidential, including the negotiation and existence of any IO,
  • excluding instances where the parties are legally obliged to disclose such information.
  • If the term of this IO exceeds one month, the Company will be invoiced monthly, and all invoices shall be settled within thirty (30) days after invoicing.
  • At any time, for any or no reason, FxPro may terminate the IO by serving a 30-days’ notice. If the term of the IO is one month, FxPro may terminate the IO
  • by serving a 7-days’ notice.
  • The terms of this IO may be amended by FxPro provided that FxPro notifies in advance of its intention to do so in writing.
  • Fraudulent Traffic’ means any deposits, revenue, or traffic generated via unauthorised and/or illegal and/or other means/ actions, irrespective of whether any loss and/or damage has been caused or not. Fraudulent Traffic includes, but is not limited, to any unauthorised use of any account, copyright, trademark, right, false advertising, Unsolicited Promotions, deposits generated by stolen credit cards, and manipulation of the Program or any other offering of FxPro by the Affiliate directly or indirectly.
  • When FxPro determines that the Affiliate is involved in Fraudulent Traffic, or in any other fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, abusive or otherwise illegal activity, FxPro shall re-calculate in its sole and absolute discretion.
  • Minimum monthly commission available for withdrawal - $100. If the payout for the reporting month is below $100, FxPro reserves the right to add the commission amount to the payout for the next month.
