Cancellation conditions for our customers

Withdrawal from the reservation can be made at any time before the start of the journey. While it is advisable to write a formal statement to avoid ambiguity, there is no obligation to do so. In the event of cancellation, the existing travel documents must be returned so that we can calculate appropriate compensation based on the expenses saved and possible alternatives, as well as a fixed cancellation fee per person.

The fees in case of a cancellation are:

  • up to the 22nd day before the start of the journey 25% of the travel price, but at least EUR 25,- per person;
  • up to the 15th day before the start of the journey 30% of the travel price;
  • up to the 7th day before departure 50% of the tour price;
  • up to the 3rd day before departure 65% of the tour price;
  • from the 2nd day before the beginning of the trip 80% of the price of the trip;
  • 90% of the tour price on the day of departure.
