We carry out numerous workwear projects where teamwork is key. Our team of workwear experts thinks along with you and puts the ultimate goal first. We would like to meet you in person, either at our office or at your location. Of course, this can also be done by phone, email, or in an online meeting. We will map out your wishes and requirements and make a proposal that best suits your organization. As a finishing touch, we can print or embroider a logo on the workwear, if desired, so that everyone is recognizable inside and outside your company.

Welcome to the Workwear4all.nl affiliate program. We value our partnerships and strive for transparent and successful relationships with all our partners. Below you will find the guidelines that apply to our affiliate program:

1. Terms and conditions

• Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the TradeDoubler network.

• Only traffic generated in a fair and legitimate manner is eligible for commission.

• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online marketing and privacy (GDPR).

2. Approval and participation

• Participation in our affiliate program is subject to approval by Workwear4all.nl.

• We reserve the right to refuse an application without giving reasons.

• Affiliates who are active in undesirable segments such as adult, gambling, fake news, or other inappropriate categories will be excluded.

3. Promotion and advertising policy

• Affiliates may only promote through approved websites, newsletters, and social media channels as specified in their TradeDoubler profile.

• SEA/paid search campaigns on our brand name (brand bidding) are not permitted unless agreed in writing.

• The use of own discount codes or self-created promotions without written permission is prohibited.

• Affiliates may not use misleading advertisements that damage our brand name or reputation.

• Sending commercial communications is only permitted if the publisher is demonstrably compliant with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act, the ACM guidelines, and if prior consent has been obtained from all email recipients. Previews must be submitted for approval via the Email Approval Tool and may only be sent once the preview has been approved.

4. Use of promotional material

• Only banners, text links, and product feeds approved by Workwear4all.nl may be used.

• Customized banners or creatives must be submitted for approval in advance.

• Affiliates are responsible for updating promotional materials in a timely manner, for example, when offers have expired.

5. Commission model

• Commissions are only paid on approved, paid, and non-returned orders.

• Orders that are canceled, returned, or found to be fraudulent are not eligible for commission.

• We reserve the right to adjust or cancel commissions in cases of suspected fraud or violation of our policy.

6. Cookie and Tracking Policy

• Our standard cookie duration is 30 days.

• Affiliates should not implement their own tracking mechanisms outside of the standard TradeDoubler tracking.

7. Communication

• We strive for open cooperation and regularly keep affiliates informed of new campaigns, promotions, and changes via the TradeDoubler platform or directly by email.

8. Termination of cooperation

• Workwear4all.nl reserves the right to terminate the cooperation immediately in the event of a violation of this policy or behavior that damages our brand or reputation.
