Fleur Collective Publisher Terms & Conditions (Affiliate Program)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Fleur Collective Affiliate Program. By joining the program, publishers (“Affiliates”) agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Operate a legitimate website, platform, or marketing channel
  • Provide accurate account and payment information

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote Fleur Collective products/services in a truthful and ethical manner
  • Ensure content is not misleading, deceptive, or false
  • Comply with all applicable Australian laws (including advertising and consumer laws)
  • Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (e.g. “This post contains affiliate links”)
  • Only promote valid, approved discount codes

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Use spam (email, comments, DMs, etc.)
  • Run misleading ads or impersonate the brand
  • Bid on branded keywords including “Fleur Collective”, “Leina + Fleur” or variations.
  • Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fraudulent traffic
  • Promote on inappropriate or harmful content (e.g. illegal, adult, hate content)

5. Commission & Payment

  • Commission is earned on valid, tracked sales through affiliate links
  • Commission rates and attribution windows are defined within the Tradedoubler platform
  • Payments are made monthly once minimum thresholds are met
  • We reserve the right to reverse commissions for:
    • Cancelled or refunded orders
    • Fraudulent or invalid transactions

6. Tracking & Attribution

  • Tracking is based on Tradedoubler affiliate network tracking methodology
  • We are not responsible for tracking failures due to:
    • Ad blockers
    • Browser restrictions
    • Technical issues outside Fleur Collective control

7. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may use approved brand assets (logos, imagery, copy)
  • Assets must not be altered without permission
  • Affiliates must not represent themselves as the brand

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if:

  • These terms are breached
  • Fraudulent or unethical behaviour is detected

Affiliates may also leave the program at any time.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of revenue due to tracking issues or program changes

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian law.
