  • Traffic generated by affiliates must be limited exclusively to the market associated with the affiliate program.
  • Traffic must be relevant to the brand, related to fashion, and always within the approved market.
  • The communication of false offers or discounts will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program.
  • Any traffic originating from the following actions is strictly prohibited: TV movies and streaming sites, adware sites, cookie stuffing, misspelling, incentivised traffic, adult traffic, click under, pop-under, pop-up, etc.

Search Campaigns

  • Search engine campaigns that include ULANKA terms are not allowed.
  • Affiliates must not bid on the client’s brand-specific terms or any variations.
  • Affiliates must not bid on misspellings of the client’s terms or brands, including the company name.
  • Affiliates must add negative keywords related to the client’s brand or specific terms in PPC campaigns.
  • An affiliate may only bid on the client’s keywords if there is a prior agreement between the parties.
  • Affiliates may only link directly to a program page when explicit permission has been granted on the affiliate program page.

Shopping Campaigns

  • Shopping campaigns are allowed, but affiliates must exclude the ULANKA brand and any related terms.
  • Affiliates may only use keywords that do not contain the brand name or its variations.
  • The use of invited brands in Shopping campaigns is allowed.
  • Affiliates must comply with all brand guidelines regarding traffic, relevance, and promotions.
