Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

When applying for affiliate status for the Ragdale Hall (1990) Limited trading as Ragdale Hall Spa ("Ragdale Hall Spa") affiliate programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

Affiliates must not:

Use, set up, establish or bid for any domain name that includes reference to a Ragdale Hall Spa trademark or anything similar to a Ragdale Hall Spa trademark (including misspellings).
In any way imply that Ragdale Hall Spa endorses any products or services other than its own.
Use, set up or establish any domain name that may mislead consumers into believing that a website is owned, operated or endorsed by Ragdale Hall Spa. For example, [ragdaledomain].com. For the avoidance of doubt, affiliates may use www.[domain].com/ragdale; however, this must not be used as a display URL within paid search advertisements or as part of an email address.
Use ragdalehall.co.uk as a display URL in Google or any other paid advertising platform, or otherwise mislead consumers into believing an advertisement originates from the official Ragdale Hall Spa website.
Copy, scrape or reproduce content from any Ragdale Hall Spa website, platform or URL without prior written approval from Ragdale Hall Spa.

Programme Participation

Ragdale Hall Spa reserves the right to reject any affiliate application or remove any affiliate from the programme at its sole discretion and without notice where it believes the affiliate's activities may damage the Ragdale Hall Spa brand, breach these terms, or otherwise conflict with the interests of the business.

Brand Guidelines

Affiliates must only use approved creative assets provided through the affiliate platform and must not alter, modify or present them in a misleading manner.
Affiliates must not remove, distort or otherwise alter the appearance of the Ragdale Hall Spa logo.
Affiliates must not use or display any Ragdale Hall Spa trademarks, logos or trading names without prior written permission from Ragdale Hall Spa.
Affiliates must not link, including via affiliate links, from a website that they do not own or control.

Commission and Validation

Commission is paid on approved and validated transactions only.
Commission is calculated on the transaction value excluding VAT, booking protection, product sales and cancellations.
Transactions are validated in accordance with Ragdale Hall Spa's validation procedures.

Deduplication

Ragdale Hall Spa operates a deduplication policy across all marketing channels to ensure commission is only awarded where the affiliate channel is deemed to have been the primary driver of the sale.

Sales generated through the affiliate programme will be de-duplicated against the following channels:

PPC Brand
PPC Generic
Email Marketing
Display Advertising
Direct Partnerships
Price Comparison Websites
In-House Publisher Programme

Where a sale is attributed to another marketing channel in accordance with Ragdale Hall Spa's attribution and tracking rules, affiliate commission will not be payable.

Ragdale Hall Spa reserves the right to determine the final attribution source for any transaction and to decline commission where another channel has been identified as the qualifying source of the sale.

Voucher Codes

Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that have been supplied or approved through the affiliate programme, including via the affiliate network, voucher tool, API or direct written communication from Ragdale Hall Spa.
The promotion of unauthorised, expired, scraped or otherwise unapproved voucher codes may result in commission being declined and/or removal from the programme.

Cashback

Cashback websites may only participate in the affiliate programme with prior written approval from Ragdale Hall Spa.
Voucher codes must not be promoted or used in conjunction with cashback offers unless explicitly authorised in writing by Ragdale Hall Spa.

PPC Advertising

Affiliates may promote Ragdale Hall Spa through PPC advertising only with prior written approval from Ragdale Hall Spa.
Affiliates must not directly or indirectly bid on, purchase or otherwise acquire traffic from keywords containing the Ragdale Hall Spa brand name, trademarks, brand variations or common misspellings.
Affiliates must not use "Ragdale Hall Spa", "Ragdale", or any variation, misspelling or derivative of the Ragdale Hall Spa brand name within the display URL of any PPC advertisement.
Affiliates must not use "Ragdale Hall Spa", "Ragdale", or any variation, misspelling or derivative of the Ragdale Hall Spa brand name within the title, headline, description or ad copy of any PPC advertisement.
Affiliates are encouraged to add the Ragdale Hall Spa brand name, brand variations and common misspellings as negative keywords within their PPC campaigns.

No commission will be payable on any transaction generated from PPC advertisements triggered by searches containing the Ragdale Hall Spa brand name or any variation, abbreviation, misspelling or derivative thereof, including but not limited to:

No commission will be payable on any transaction generated from PPC advertisements triggered by searches combining the Ragdale Hall Spa brand name, or any variation thereof, with additional keywords, including but not limited to:

Ragdale Hall Offers

Ragdale Hall Spa reserves the right to withhold commission, suspend affiliate activity or terminate participation in the affiliate programme where these PPC terms are breached.

Fraudulent Activity

Any transaction that is fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, duplicated, self-generated or otherwise deemed invalid by Ragdale Hall Spa will not qualify for commission.

Ragdale Hall Spa reserves the right to withhold, reverse or reclaim commission where fraudulent, suspicious or non-compliant activity is identified.

Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following promotional practices without prior written approval from Ragdale Hall Spa:

Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects or any method that artificially inflates tracking or commissions.
Use of adware, malware, browser extensions, toolbars or any software that alters user browsing behaviour or injects affiliate tracking without clear user consent.
Incentivised traffic, including offering cashback, rewards, points or any other benefit to users in exchange for clicking affiliate links or making bookings, unless explicitly approved in writing.
Misleading or deceptive advertising, including false urgency, fake discounts, or misrepresentation of pricing or availability.
Pop-ups, pop-unders, iframe loads or automatic redirects that trigger affiliate tracking without a deliberate user click.
Spamming via email, SMS, messaging platforms or any unsolicited communications containing affiliate links.

General Enforcement

Ragdale Hall Spa reserves the right to withhold commission, suspend an affiliate account or terminate participation in the programme where an affiliate breaches these terms or acts in a manner that, in Ragdale Hall Spa's reasonable opinion, is misleading, deceptive, unethical or detrimental to the Ragdale Hall Spa brand.

Updates

Ragdale Hall Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate programme following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
