Terms and Conditions

Affiliates participating in the program must meet the following conditions:

APPROVALTo participate in our program, we need to approve your website. We are looking for partners aligned with our goals and values. We reserve the right to suspend activity or reject participation in the program at any time.

CREATIVESYou may use the creatives and links provided and included in the program. The modification or alteration of banners, logos, or links is not permitted. New creatives or formats may be provided upon request or submitted for approval. All submissions must be made in writing before publication to cpgonzalez@cash-converters.es and malba@cash-converters.es.

PPC CAMPAIGNS / SEO POSITIONINGUnder no circumstances are PPC activities related to our brand, products, or generic terms permitted. Any orders generated through search engine campaigns will be considered invalid, and we will terminate the partnership.

In addition, it is prohibited to use the brand, in any of its variations, to rank articles through SEO.

CONTENT AND PROMOTIONSRemarketing and retargeting activities are prohibited.

It is prohibited to publish offensive or discriminatory content, political references, pornographic or erotic material, or information that may be dangerous to people’s health. Publishers who post content on social media, whether in posts or stories, must indicate with hashtags (#) that it is an advertisement.

We reserve the right to block advertisers who publish content that does not comply with the brand guidelines.

PROMOTIONAL CODESOnly authorised, branded coupons provided through the affiliate program may be used. Any other coupons offered by Cash Converters through other sources may not be promoted on an affiliate website. Any violation of this policy will result in removal from the program and the withholding of all commissions.

TRANSACTION VALIDATIONBefore confirming commissions, we reserve the right to verify and validate conversions and will only pay those generated in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

Orders — valid sales records on the website — are subject to a verification process based on internal criteria and key performance indicators. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse commission payments for cancelled, returned, or unclear orders.

Validation will be completed within a maximum period of 45 days from the end of the month in which the transaction takes place, and only valid last-click conversions will be compensated. In the event of a violation, the advertiser reserves the right to cancel all pending transactions until the violation is confirmed and to terminate the partnership without prior notice.

Specific Terms for Influencer Collaborations

When creating and publishing content, creators must promote the brand in accordance with current advertising standards. It is each creator’s responsibility to ensure compliance with these disclosure requirements. Failure to provide this information may be considered a breach of the collaboration agreement, and the brand may assess its termination.

Our main recommendations:

It must be clear that the content is sponsored when it involves a collaboration between a brand and an influencer.

Any collaboration involving compensation, such as payments, commissions, gifts, trips, discounts, tickets, or services, is considered advertising.

The sponsored nature must be explicit, visible, and immediately identifiable. Hiding or disguising it is not acceptable.

The use of platform-specific mechanisms is recommended, such as “sponsored content”, “paid collaboration”, etc., or hashtags such as #ad #advertising #collaboration. Abbreviations are not permitted.

Make sure that the mention of sponsored content is visible.
