For every order, we analyse all online touchpoints throughout the customer journey. Rather than using the traditional “last cookie wins” model, we apply a dynamic algorithm that allocates commission proportionally based on purchase probability, session depth and position within the buying process.

Your advantage: Every advertising touchpoint involved in the sale benefits from the conversion.

Full commission: If you're the only touchpoint in the path, you receive commission on the entire order value.

High conversion rate: Thanks to our attractive product range, the programme delivers a very high direct conversion rate - most sales convert immediately.

Unlike the traditional last-cookie-wins model, this attribution approach rewards all advertising touchpoints involved in a purchase. Cashback publishers are excluded from this: to ensure customers receive their rewards directly, cashback transactions continue to be attributed 100% on a last-click basis. The programme has a very high direct conversion rate. Due to the attractive pricing of our products, most sales are generated immediately.

Purchasing paid search placements in any search engine using the keyword “bonprix” - including misspellings, typos or combinations - is prohibited. Visibility in paid text ads for brand keywords containing “bonprix” is not permitted. The use of our brand name, including any misspellings, in all text advertisements (Google Ads and CSS) and display banners is also not permitted.

To investigate an untracked order, we need the bonprix customer number and order date. For data protection reasons, please do not include customer names or email addresses. Manual commission claims are accepted up to six months after the order date.

Session Freeze / Entry Rejected

If a user clicks an ad while an active bonprix session is already running, an Entry Rejected event occurs - the second click is redirected into the existing session and does not count as an attribution touchpoint. At bonprix, this is known as a Session Freeze: the session is locked to the first initiating click.

Important notes for cashback partners

To ensure your users receive their full cashback, please include the following on your website:

Start your purchase via the cashback provider and complete it straight away.

Do not visit other websites or redeem vouchers from third parties during checkout.

Cashback is credited on the net order value only - not on shipping costs, instalment interest or redeemed vouchers.

Cashback is credited once payment is complete and the returns window has closed - usually within 75 days of purchase.

If items are returned, any pending cashback will be cancelled.

Approval criteria

Publishers must have a website with a legal imprint (influencers excepted), be legally competent and at least 18 years old.

Website content must correspond to the programme language (German for DE).

The website must be live and accessible - sites under construction will not be approved.

Content must not include illegal or objectionable material (pornography, illegal content, eating disorder promotion, political agitation, gambling, pyramid schemes, etc.).

The website's target audience must be compatible with bonprix.

Cashback sites must make clear that rewards come from the publisher, not from bonprix.

The website must contain original content - a collection of banners alone is not sufficient.

Websites with slow loading times will not be approved.

Sites that pressure or force users to click will not be approved.

Redirects to bonprix are only permitted where a clearly visible affiliate landing page is shown to the user first. Automatic or misleading direct redirects are not permitted.
