Travelbag’s tailored-made approach to booking a holiday makes us more lead gen focussed than other travel advertisers. As such, we are seeking publishers to join our programme and generate hot leads for our highly experienced to call centre team to convert into booking. By signing up to Travelbag’s Affiliate Programme, you’ll be rewarded on a Cost Per Lead (CPL) basis for every lead generated on a last click basis. Leads are defined as people who have made a sales enquiry or submitted a web quote on Travelbag’s website.
 
The expectation is that publishers who join the programme will drive high quality leads, and this will be measured against the average lead to booking conversion rate. A significant decrease in the lead to booking conversion rate driven by publisher on programme vs. the site average may result in non-payment for the lead. 
 
Currently, there isn’t an opportunity to work on a CPA basis, however, this may change in the future.   
 
Travelbag may also be open to tenancy agreements, providing it is profitable to do so.
 
CPL Commission Rates
 
The commission rates on this programme reflect what we believe to be mutually beneficial for the business and publishers. The programme offers publishers to earn more commission if they can drive high quality leads at scale.
 
Important
 
There will be a level of performance that we expect from our partners on this programme. Should a publisher have a poor session to booking conversion rate, Travelbag reserve the right to decline all leads delivered for the previous 14 days and suspend further activity on the campaign.
Travelbag is an aspirational travel brand which specialises in long-haul multicentre holidays, and such, basket values than other advertisers in the travel vertical. To maintain Travelbag’s current high level of quality leads, it is recommended that publishers who wish to join the programme target the following destinations
 
Indian Ocean
Middle East,
North America and The Caribbean
Far East Asia
Dubai and Middle East
Australia & New Zealand
 
Further details on which demographics and destinations to target is available upon request.
 
If for any reason we must terminate a partner from the programme, we shall give 7 days’ notice via email. All validated and applicable leads generated during the notice period shall be paid per normal process. 
 
Cookie Length – 30 days.
 
All links, banners and email creatives are available on request.
 
General Terms & Conditions
Introduction: These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Lead Generation Affiliate Program (“Program”) of Travelbag. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals and businesses who are 18 years of age or older and have a website or blog. The Company reserves the right to reject any applicant for any reason.
 
Affiliate Obligations: As an affiliate, you agree to promote the Company’s services and products through your website or blog. You will be provided with unique links, banners, and other promotional materials to use on your website.
Commission Structure: You will earn a commission on every lead that is generated through your unique links and results in a sale. The commission rate is £5 per lead. Commission payments will be made after commission validations are made which is typically the first 7 days of each upcoming month
 
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
 
Spamming or sending unsolicited email to promote the Company’s products or services.
Using any unethical or illegal means to generate leads.
Modifying or altering the promotional materials provided by the Company.
Brand Bidding on Travelbag brand terms
 
Prohibited brand keywords include but not limited to search terms like “Travelbag, Travelbag.com, Travel Bag, Travelbag.co.uk”
 
Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you violate these terms and conditions.
 
Disclaimers: The Company makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program.
Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program.
 
Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued participation in the Program after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification.
