With our consult first approach, we are able to tackle typical start-up pain points from simply the Initial Consultation, while for those who are looking for investment into their business, we are able to provide feedback from an investor's perspective (we also make small investments to very unique technology related businesses).

As such we will give you 20% of our one-off consultations, including the Initial Consultation we hold with all clients.

You can therefore promote the following services:

- Domain Name Investing and Branding Support

You CANNOT promote our investing services due to financial regulation. For example, although you may say that we consider making private investments, you are not allowed to say that we will broker financial deals or allow others to invest in our fund. You will be able to say to your referrals that they are able to pitch to us via our Initial Consultation to see if us or one of our network will be interested in funding their venture.

You can say that we will help secure funding for ventures by our consulting services.

20% is on the price that a client pays to Sialph (which may be a discounted price).

YOU MUST NOT:

- Promote Sialph by registering a domain name with Sialph included within it
- Promote Sialph as a way for others to invest into businesses
- Promote Sialph in a way that will bring the brand into disrepute
- Make any false claims or accusations relating to Sialph's services and brand
- Make any misrepresentations as to the services that will be provided
- Make any bids on the words "Sialph" or "Sialph Capital" or anything relating to it
- Promote Sialph within content that is not related to business to business, consulting, finance or professional services.
