Mailing - sending mailings with Advertiser's offer is possible only and exclusively after acceptance of the test by account Tradedoubler.

Restrictions on the program

ENG:
1. Publisher categories that won't be accepted: CSS, retargeting, blind networks, Google AdWords.
2. The publisher may not independently rework advertising creatives and may not use creatives that are not in the Tradedoubler system.
Keyword Policy: restricted, total ban on Google AdWords activities. Failure to comply with restrictions will result in suspension from the program and removal of commissions.
3.The Publisher shall comply with all applicable requirements relating to content created with the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Where AI is used to generate or materially modify promotional content related to the Brand, the Publisher is responsible for applying any legally required disclosures and, upon the Advertiser's request, providing information regarding the scope of AI use in the creation of such content.
