Product Exclusions
  • No compensation is provided for books and other price-bound items.
  • A maximum of one iPhone and one MacBook (the model doesn't matter) will be compensated per person and user account. Additionally, Apple's new product releases are excluded (products labelled as "New").
  • No compensation is provided for the purchase of vouchers and credit cards.
General
  • The compensation applies to valid orders on http://www.galaxus.be with delivery to the Netherlands.
  • Splitting orders is not permitted and will result in the rejection of compensation.
  • The promotions cannot be combined with other discount programs and coupon codes.
  • The compensation amount is calculated excluding value-added tax, delivery, and other costs.
  • Compensation is intended for private end customers. Only orders that correspond in nature and scope to personal use will be compensated. Purchases in large quantities, for businesses, and resale are excluded.
  • Please note that purchases made through the Galaxus app will not be compensated. Therefore, please use the Galaxus desktop or mobile website.
Rejection
  • In the case of a complete return or cancellation of an order, the right to compensation is forfeited.
  • Compensation for partial returns or cancellations will only be paid for valid orders.
