About EuroParcs

EuroParcs offers holidays in holiday homes and camping facilities in the best locations for active and nature-based relaxation. Our constantly growing portfolio of currently more than 50 holiday parks in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Germany offers modern and comfortably furnished holiday homes for up to 32 people. Together with the park's own infrastructure, this ensures an uncomplicated and varied holiday.

Taking part is easy:

  1. Register as a publisher in the network
  2. Apply for the EuroParcs affiliate program
  3. Within a very short time you will be activated for the affiliate program after a verification of your website
  4. Include the EuroParcs advertising material on your website
  5. You will then earn money from every valid booking made via your website

Not permitted:

(Brand) SEM, email & browser extensions, layer/banner networks, paid click programs, paid mail/banner & other forced click systems, retargeting, pretargeting, PV, sub-partner networks, Schufa pages.

Only selected voucher/loyalty/cashback partners will be admitted to the program.

An appealing, topic-relevant content and a high-quality appearance of partner websites is required.

Restrictions:

Conditions of participation in the affiliate program of EuroParcs Deutschland GmbH (hereinafter referred to as EuroParcs)

  1. The publisher must have a complete and high-quality website. Pure e-mail registrations will not be accepted.
  2. Any use of trademarks protected or licensed by EuroParcs or other companies of EuroParcs, as well as their logos and product images, copyrights, as well as all other rights, insofar as these go beyond the specifically prescribed presentation of the advertising, is only permitted with the prior written consent of EuroParcs. This also applies to all future brands offered by EuroParcs.
  3. EuroParcs may not be cited as a reference, nor may the contractual relationship with EuroParcs be advertised in any other way without prior written consent.
  4. The advertising of the EuroParcs affiliate programs in or via layer and banner networks, as well as in or via clickthrough, paid mail, paid banner and paid click programs or other click-compulsion systems is not permitted.
  5. EuroParcs reserves the right to cancel an existing partnership at any time without giving reasons and/or to change or withhold commissions in the event of suspected misuse/fraud/violation of the conditions of participation.
  6. The website must contain a complete legal notice within the meaning of the German Telemedia Act, including name, address and contact details, and fulfil all other legal requirements in the area of advertising and Telemedia (including data protection). The website must not give the impression that its operators can represent EuroParcs in legal transactions or make and/or receive declarations with effect for or against EuroParcs.
  7. The Publisher's website may not contain any depiction of violence, sexually suggestive images, or discriminatory, offensive or defamatory statements regarding race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation and/or age, nor may it make any credit or credit rating references or links to other websites with such content. The Publisher's website must not contain any political content. The website must comply with all relevant legal provisions. It may not advertise or advocate illegal activities, nor may it advocate or positively evaluate such activities in any other way.
  8. The Publisher's website must not contain spyware, adware, malware, viruses or other harmful code. The use of any software or proxy services that manipulate URLs and replace them with affiliate tracking links is prohibited. Any software or proxy services that replace advertising banners within pages called up in the browser with their own advertising banners are also not permitted. Opening the EuroParcs website in an iFrame, pop-up, pop-under or layer is not permitted.
  9. Advertising via adware and adware networks, browser plug-ins, toolbars or other software that redirects users who are already on a EuroParcs website to another website or leads users to a EuroParcs website without their intervention is not permitted.
  10. It is not permitted to place tracking links in such a way that they redirect directly to the EuroParcs website in the event of misspellings such as, but not limited to, "www.europrcresorts.de". There must be an actual advertising service through the visible placement of the advertising material provided on the publisher website.
  11. Any kind of cookie dropping and typo squatting is strictly prohibited.
  12. The advertising of EuroParcs via search engine marketing (SEM) is not permitted. In particular, any use of keyword advertising with trademarks and product names protected for EuroParcs, including possible misspellings, is not permitted. This applies in particular to booking as a keyword. Search engine marketing with brand keywords, brand combinations and any variants with misspellings are prohibited. Ad texts for the publisher website may not contain any brands and/or product names and/or locations of EuroParcs holiday parks, including possible misspellings and combinations, and may not link directly to the EuroParcs website.
  13. The promotion of EuroParcs via spam mails is expressly prohibited. The recipient must have authorized receipt in advance via "double opt-in". Under no circumstances may the impression be created that EuroParcs has authorized the mailing. In addition, the sending publisher must be clearly recognizable as the originator of the mailing. The sending of newsletters that contain a EuroParcs advert must be explicitly authorized in writing by EuroParcs.
  14. Advertising by using retargeting, pretargeting and post-view tracking, as well as any setting of a cookie without a conscious click by a user on a EuroParcs advertising medium, is not permitted.
  15. EuroParcs sets high standards for the selection of affiliate publishers. Care is taken to ensure that only publishers whose working methods meet the quality standards of the brand and who are also relevant to its target group are authorized.
  16. EuroParcs reserves the right to work exclusively with selected voucher, loyalty or cashback publishers. Only vouchers that have been explicitly authorized and/or communicated via publisher newsletters may be advertised. The inclusion of non-network vouchers is prohibited.
  17. In order to ensure proper tracking and reporting, the publisher commits to using the links, including the target and image URL, exclusively in the form in which they are made available to him within the framework of the partner program. The Publisher also undertakes not to disguise the referrer or to modify it through the use of special programs.
  18. The Publisher guarantees complete transparency with regard to the integration of EuroParcs. He undertakes to disclose all pages used to advertise EuroParcs at all times. All potentially usable advertising space of the publisher must be stored in the publisher account in the network. If this is not the case, EuroParcs reserves the right to exclude the publisher from the affiliate program. Marketing via sub-publishers or sub-networks is not permitted.
  19. In the event that participation in the Partner Program is terminated for any reason, the Publisher agrees to immediately remove all links to the EuroParcs website and refrains from further using, displaying or otherwise making use of EuroParcs content.
  20. The publisher commission is calculated as a percentage of the net shopping basket component "Your stay" including rent, final cleaning and service fees, less taxes. Other shopping basket components are not part of the publisher commission. The percentage can be found in the current program description.
  21. EuroParcs shall not be liable for any disruption to the availability or failure of the EuroParcs website due to events beyond the control of EuroParcs.
