SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Policy Redirection and Ad Display:

• Redirection Authorization: Affiliates are authorized to directly redirect users to your website via SEM advertisements.

• Keyword Usage: Affiliates may use your brand name, typographical variants of it, or a combination of your brand with generic keywords in their campaigns. • In URLs and Ads: Affiliates may include your brand name in the URL and in the titles and descriptions of their ads.

• Authorized Search Engines: Advertising on Google, Bing, or Yahoo is prohibited.

Transactions and Validation Transaction Conditions:

• All products sold on Laurastar's website are eligible for tracking by Tradedoubler unless otherwise specified.

Reasons for Sales or Leads Rejection:

• Sales or leads may be rejected for reasons such as canceled orders, non-received payments, fraud, refused or invalid registrations, blacklisted users, among others.

Automatic Validation of Sales/Leads:

• A maximum period of 30 days is set for the automatic validation of sales or leads. After this period, transactions are considered valid and payable, unless rejected before the expiration.

• Each month, a list of transactions is sent to Laurastar for validation, then returned to Tradedoubler. Multichannel Deduplication Deduplication Method:
