Crepslocker operates a restricted keyword policy on all its brand names and trademarks. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any branded terms without written authorization from Crepslocker. This also includes variations and misspellings associated with the Crepslocker brand and use of Crepslocker URL’s (www.crepslocker.com, crepslocker.com and any variations related to the Crepslocker brand). If these restrictions are not adhered to, you will be removed from the program and all open transactions will be rejected.

Voucher Codes:

The affiliate voucher codes are those which are listed in the Tradedoubler Voucher code API. Any other voucher codes that are used in affiliate sales will not receive commission, unless there's a written agreement from Crepslocker

Google Shopping:

Affiliates are not permitted to run Google Shopping campaigns unless authorised by Crepslocker.

Social media:

Posting on Crepslocker social media pages (i.e the Crepslocker Facebook wall) to drive traffic back to affiliates own sites is strictly prohibited. Direct linking to Crepslocker websites from paid social media is prohibited.

Blogger / Influencer Content:

All communications related to Crepslocker products and services sent to or shared with bloggers’ and influencers’ user base will require Crepslocker's approval prior to sending.

Tracking:

Please ensure you use the tracking links provided by Tradedoubler to ensure your customer journey is properly tracked.

De-duplication policy:

Last Click Attribution: Conversions will be attributed to the last affiliate link clicked by the user before making a purchase. This ensures that the affiliate responsible for the final influence on the customer receives due credit.
Cookie Expiry: Cookies set by affiliate links will have a defined expiry period. If a user makes a purchase within this timeframe after clicking an affiliate link, the associated affiliate will receive commission for the sale.
Unique Customer Identification: We utilize unique customer identifiers to prevent duplicate conversions from the same user within a specified timeframe. This helps in accurately attributing conversions to the respective affiliates.
Cross-Device Tracking: Where applicable, we employ cross-device tracking mechanisms to trace user interactions across different devices. This helps ensure that conversions are properly attributed regardless of the device used in the purchasing journey.
Manual Review: In cases where discrepancies arise or where automated de-duplication mechanisms may not suffice, we conduct manual reviews to resolve any issues and ensure fair commission distribution.

Claims:

Please ensure the agreed terms & conditions for cashback claims have been reviewed before raising a claim
Orders already attributed to another publisher or with an invalid order number will be rejected.
Product names for all products in the sale should be included when making a claim, or the claim will be rejected
Information on why a claim has been made is also required (please insert this in the “proof of claim” column).

Commissions will not be paid out for purchases made using a "Buy Now Pay Later" option or when a customer applies a discount code during checkout.
