Everpress Affiliate Program AgreementEffective Date: This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Everpress Ltd (“Everpress,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual or entity applying to the Everpress Affiliate Program (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”). By joining the Everpress Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of TermsParticipation in the Everpress Affiliate Program constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. Everpress reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age. Affiliates must operate legally in their jurisdiction and provide valid tax identification and payment information. Participation is limited to individuals or entities not prohibited by law from entering into this Agreement.

3. Affiliate ResponsibilitiesAffiliates agree to: Promote Everpress products via approved marketing channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and email marketing. Represent Everpress products accurately and avoid misleading or false statements. Avoid spam, unsolicited messaging, or other prohibited marketing practices. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform guidelines (including advertising, data protection, and intellectual property laws). Maintain the confidentiality of any Everpress information not publicly available.

4. Affiliate Links and Tracking Everpress will provide unique referral links to track sales generated by the Affiliate. Affiliates may only use the links provided by Everpress; modifications are prohibited. Sales not properly tracked through the Everpress system are not eligible for commission.

5. Commission Structure and Payment Affiliates earn commissions on completed sales made through their unique referral links. Refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions do not qualify for commission.

6. Intellectual Property Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Everpress logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for promotion of Everpress products. All intellectual property rights remain the property of Everpress. Unauthorized use of Everpress intellectual property, including but not limited to copying, resale, or distribution, is prohibited.

7. Prohibited ActivitiesAffiliates may not: Bid on Everpress trademarks, domain names, or brand names in search engines or paid advertising. Misrepresent Everpress products or offer unauthorized discounts or promotions. Engage in illegal, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.

8. Termination Everpress may terminate this Agreement and your participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all Everpress branding, referral links, and marketing materials. Commissions accrued prior to termination will be paid according to the payment schedule, unless the termination was due to prohibited activities or fraud.

9. Limitation of LiabilityEverpress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program. You are solely responsible for your marketing activities and compliance with applicable laws.

10. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Everpress, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or your marketing activities.

11. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Entire AgreementThis Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.By joining the Everpress Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you
