International standards demand that a condom can contain 18 litres of air. A Durex condom will typically expand to hold 40 litres of air without bursting! We exceed quality standards, testing condoms by filling them with water to find out whether they leak. We proceed with two million of these water tests per month. And of course, all condom types are dermatologically tested.

What kind of partnerships are we looking for?

We are looking to develop affiliate partnerships with the most stylish and cutting-edge websites who can represent our brand perfectly. We aspire to find affiliates who will show their own unique take on our products without losing the essence of our brand.

We are happy to consider working with all types of affiliate partners. However, we reserve the right to deny an application to join the program if we deem your site inappropriate or not in keeping with our brand. Affiliate partners should not apply to join if they are displaying material that we consider to be gratuitous.

Cookie Period: 30 days
Definition of customer type: New customers – Not signed up and registered to the brand as a member.
Validation period: 30 days
Payment terms:  Minimum 100 days from point of sale validation or addition of tenancy placement into the affiliate network platform (TD)
Voucher code use: Commissions will only be paid on voucher codes issued for affiliate use. Any other voucher codes used will not be paid commissions.

Durex.co.uk have a strict deduplication policy in place which means that all affiliate sales are deduped against all other forms of marketing carried out by Durex. This includes:

Email
Display
Direct partnerships
SEO
Terms and Conditions

We do allow our Affiliate partners to promote Durex.co.uk via PPC on any search engine, however they must adhere and review the following guidelines.

Affiliates must not use the Durex Brand, derivatives, misspellings or any Durex sub brands such as Durex Play Tingle or Durex Play Aloe Vera, to gain preferential listings in any search engines or directories. Such activity is prohibited on the program and any affiliates found to be doing so will be deemed in breach of our terms and conditions and therefore removed from the affiliate program and any commissions made on these sales will not be paid by Durex.
Affiliates are prohibited from using misspellings of our brand name and to ensure adherence to this, brand term, derivatives and misspellings should be added to any PPC campaigns as exact match negative terms.
Affiliates are prohibited from using Brand with Generic Terms e.g. Durex Condoms.
Affiliates are prohibited from using the Durex brand name in their display URL and within their title and description.
Affiliates are prohibited from driving traffic directly to Durex.co.uk from search engines, all traffic must be referred from the individual affiliate partners own website.
Affiliates are permitted to use any generic keywords that relate to us. Examples could include condom and lubes.

It is your responsibility to contact the Affiliate Managers at: mark.kelly@commercecentric.com if you are unsure of what keyword bidding you are permitted to do whilst promoting the Durex brand.

E-Mail Marketing: All email marketing campaigns must be signed off by Durex and the account management team prior to being distributed. Creative guidelines:

Affiliate partners are asked to only use creative that is provided from within the affiliate network to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to. Any creative that affiliates create themselves must be signed off by Durex in advance. Failure to comply with this may result in removal from the affiliate program.
It is important to note that affiliates must not use the display URL of (http://www.Durex.co.uk.com, http://www.Durexlubes.co.uk) including any variation of the above. Any affiliate using this display URL may be removed from the program.
Affiliates may not use a trademark term as a subdomain in their URL e.g. www. Durex.co.uk/AffiliateSite.com.

Site Registration

It is imperative that all affiliate partner sites are disclosed at the point of sign up to the program to ensure Durex has full visibility of all sites being utilised to drive traffic. Failure to do so will lead to removal from the affiliate program. Yet again, if you need any support, please contact the Affiliate Managers at: mark.kelly@commercecentric.com
