Commission Structure

• Affiliate Commission: 5% of verified web sales.
• Customer Cashback: 5% cashback on completed purchases.
• Validation Period: Cashback and commissions are confirmed 30 days post-purchase, subject to no returns or cancellations.

Cookie Length and Recall Period

• Cookie Duration: 30 days.
• Attribution Model: Last click wins — the affiliate with the final referral within the 30-day window will earn the commission.
• Recall Period: 30 days post-purchase for validation and payment approval.

Publishing Conditions

We welcome a wide range of high-quality publishers including cashback, comparison, content, review, and deal websites, as well as influencers and bloggers relevant to home, trade, and lifestyle audiences.

However, the following conditions apply:
• Prohibited: PPC bidding on Eurocell brand or domain terms (including misspellings).
• No misleading claims or unauthorised discounts.
• No direct linking to the Eurocell website from paid search ads.
• Email marketing must be pre-approved.
• Affiliates must comply with UK advertising and data protection laws, including ASA and GDPR standards.

Programe Terms & Conditions

The Eurocell Affiliate Programme operates in accordance with the following terms:

1. Affiliates promote Eurocell products through approved links and creative assets supplied via TradeDoubler.
2. Commissions are only payable on completed and fully paid online sales.
3. Orders refunded, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent will not qualify for commission or cashback.
4. Cashback payments are made 30 days after purchase, once the return period has elapsed.
5. Affiliates must not represent themselves as Eurocell or alter any official creative assets.
6. Eurocell reserves the right to amend or terminate the affiliate programme or individual accounts with 14 days’ notice.
7. All affiliate activity must comply with UK law and the Eurocell PLC Website Terms and Conditions of Supply, which form part of this agreement.

Commission Exclusions

Commission Exclusions

The following transactions are excluded from the Eurocell Affiliate Programme and will not qualify for commission, whether completed online or via any offline channel:

Garden Rooms - All made-to-order Garden Room purchases are excluded from commission eligibility. This applies to purchases made directly via the website and any sales completed via Eurocell's offline sales channels. DIY / Self Build Garden Room models purchased directly through the website remain eligible for commission.
Made-to-Order Products -All made-to-order products are excluded from the affiliate programme. This includes any products that are not available for direct online checkout and require specification, consultation, or custom pricing prior to purchase.
Request a Quote / Offline Sales - Any transaction originating from a “Request a Quote” submission or similar enquiry form that results in an offline sale is excluded from commission.This includes, but is not limited to:
- Windows & Doors
- Conservatories
- Conservatory Roofs
- Roof Lanterns
Third-Party Partner Products - Products supplied by third-party partners are excluded from commission. This includes:
- All Canopia products (including but not limited to Door Canopies, Gazebos, Car Ports, and Patio Covers)
- Artificial Grass ranges
Trade Account Purchases
Purchases made using a Eurocell Trade Account, or any other customer account that benefits from preferential trade pricing, negotiated pricing, or account-specific discounts, are excluded from commission eligibility. This exclusion applies regardless of whether the purchase is completed online or through any offline sales channel.

Eurocell reserves the right to amend or update the list of excluded products at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes via the affiliate network platform.
