2. You may not bid on any keyword or by any Pay per Click on Search Engines where such keyword is one of our Trademarks or any variation or misspelling of one of our Trademarks. Further, you may not bid on any word or term that is similar to any of our Trademarks standing alone.

Exact PPC rules notes 
1. All types of websites can do PPC promotion. 
2. When running Google Sponsored Ads, affiliates must place the ads on their own websites. Direct PPC to UGREEN's official website is not allowed.
3. All bidding keywords should exclude UGREEN TM and any variations or misspelling of UGREEN TM. You can bid these words: 65w(100w/200w/300w) charger, fast charger, power bank...
4. Google/Bing/Yahoo shopping ads, Google/Bing/Yahoo Display ads, and Facebook ads are not allowed. Please make sure that you can not use TM and any variations or misspellings of the UGREEN TM we mentioned before for bidding. 
5. The point is, that you can't use combinations or variations which might be considered as UGREEN's official promotion for bidding. 
6. Please use exact match, not broad match. If we get your ad on Google/Bing/Yahoo by searching the word UGREEN TM, we will consider you are violating. 

Punishment of PPC Violation 
1. Any non-official PPC promotion will be punished once noticed, please stop the violation immediately within 24 hours. If not, all of your commissions will be canceled without any possibility of negotiation. Your Google account will be compliant and locked. 
2. If you find any channel of a member or its partner promoting UGREEN through PPC, please report it to us, and we will reward it appropriately. 
3. A network/sub-affiliate network violates the PPC policy because of any publisher, the punishment is not limited to the publisher, but the whole network will not get any commission from UGREEN, and the network account will be deleted by UGREEN. 
Therefore, the network is advised to supervise publishers who promote UGREEN and refrain from participating in any PPC campaigns to maintain long-term cooperation with us.
