The following keyword restrictions apply to all partners without exception:

 

Brand Bidding Prohibition

  • Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any brand-related keywords in search engines, including but not limited to:
    • Brand name
    • Brand name variations and misspellings
    • Brand name combined with terms such as coupon, discount, code, promo, sale
    • Brand name + generic commercial intent modifiers

Negative Keyword Requirement

  • All partners running paid search campaigns must implement the brand name and all brand-related variations as Negative Exact Match keywords within their accounts.

No Direct Linking

  • Search advertisements must not link directly to the advertiser’s website.All paid search traffic must first land on an affiliate-owned website containing original and substantial content.

Use of Display URL

  • Affiliates may not use the advertiser’s domain as display URL in paid search ads.

 

Violation of this policy will result in immediate commission reversal and may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from the program.
