Devon Duvets is a family run British bedding brand specialising in natural duvets, mattress toppers, pillows and sleep products, individually handcrafted by skilled seamstresses in Devon.

Devon Duvets does not believe in mass production or a one size fits all approach. Products are handcrafted in their own Devon workshops, giving customers bedding that feels personal, thoughtful and beautifully made.

Devon Duvets Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

 

When applying for affiliate status for the Devon Duvets programme, you agree to the following terms:

 

Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must only use approved creative, wording, imagery, logos, product information and promotional material supplied via Tradedoubler or approved in writing by Devon Duvets.

 

Affiliates must not alter Devon Duvets creative or present our products, brand, offers or claims in a misleading way. Any content used to promote Devon Duvets must reflect the values of the brand, including British craftsmanship, natural materials, responsible sourcing and handcrafted quality.

 

Affiliates must not make exaggerated, medical, environmental or unapproved claims about Devon Duvets products. In particular, wording around our wool and materials must remain accurate. Affiliates must not use alternative wording that could be considered misleading or unsubstantiated.

 

Commission and Validation
Commission is paid on approved and validated transactions only. Commission is calculated on the transaction value excluding VAT, delivery charges, cancellations, refunds and returns.

 

Transactions are validated in line with Devon Duvets’ validation timeline. Devon Duvets reserves the right to decline commission where an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise invalid.

 

Voucher Codes and Promotions
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes, discounts or offers that have been supplied or approved via the Devon Duvets affiliate programme, for example through the Tradedoubler voucher tool or API, or approved in writing by Devon Duvets.

 

Any non-approved, expired, scraped, leaked or unauthorised voucher codes may result in commission being declined and/or removal from the programme.

 

Affiliates must not present historic, expired or general website offers as exclusive affiliate offers unless this has been approved in writing by Devon Duvets.

 

Cashback
Voucher codes must not be promoted or used in conjunction with cashback unless explicitly agreed in writing by Devon Duvets.

 

Paid Search and Brand Bidding
Affiliates must not bid on Devon Duvets brand terms, misspellings, domain names, product names or close variations in paid search advertising unless explicitly agreed in writing by Devon Duvets.

Affiliates must not use Devon Duvets’ name, trademarks or domain names in paid search adverts in a way that could mislead customers into believing the advert is placed directly by Devon Duvets.

 

Domain Names, Social Media and Email Marketing
Affiliates must not register domain names, social media handles or accounts that include Devon Duvets, or close variations of the brand name, without written permission.

 

Affiliates must not send unsolicited email marketing, spam, or any communication that could damage the reputation of Devon Duvets.

 

Content and Placement
Devon Duvets reserves the right to request the removal or amendment of any content, placement or promotion that it considers inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, outdated, or inconsistent with the Devon Duvets brand.

 

Prohibited Activity
Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects, adware, spyware, browser extensions, fake reviews, false scarcity claims, automated traffic, or any method that artificially generates clicks, traffic, sales or commission.

 

Devon Duvets reserves the right to decline commission and/or remove any affiliate from the programme where activity is considered suspicious, misleading, non-compliant or damaging to the Devon Duvets brand.

 

Updates
Devon Duvets reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the programme will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Publishers are not permitted to bid on the Devon Duvets brand name, close variations, misspellings or any terms that may reasonably be considered branded search terms.

Restricted terms include, but are not limited to:

Publishers must not use Devon Duvets branded terms in paid search ad copy, display URLs, landing page URLs or domain names without prior written approval.

Publishers must not present themselves as Devon Duvets, imitate official Devon Duvets advertising, or create ads that may confuse customers into believing they are clicking on an official Devon Duvets advert.

Generic paid search activity may be considered only with prior written approval. This includes terms relating to wool duvets, natural bedding, mattress toppers, pillows, British wool bedding and similar product categories.
