To protect the Marmitek brand, affiliates are not permitted to bid on Marmitek brand-related keywords in search engines such as Google Ads or Bing Ads. This includes the brand name “Marmitek”, any spelling variations or misspellings, and combinations with generic or promotional terms.

In addition, affiliates may not use the Marmitek brand name in ad copy, display URLs, or visible links within paid search advertisements. Direct linking from paid search ads to Marmitek websites is also not allowed.

The Marmitek brand name and trademarks may not be used in domain names, subdomains, or social media handles without prior written permission.

Affiliates are encouraged to focus on generic, category-based, or solution-oriented keywords when promoting Marmitek products.

Marmitek reserves the right to monitor compliance with this policy and to suspend partnerships or withhold commissions in case of violations.

Any exceptions to this policy require prior written approval from Marmitek.
