1. Brand Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the Zmarta brand name or any variations of misspellings thereof in any search engine marketing campaign. This includes but is not limited to Google, Bing and Yahoo.
2. Ad Copy: No affiliate may use ad copy that misleads customers into believing that they are dealing directly with Zmarta. All advertisement must clearly state that the site is an independent site and not directly associated with Zmarta.
3. Direct linking: Affiliates are not allowed to direct link PPC ads directly to the Zmarta website. All paid search traffic must be directed to an intermediary landing page owned by the affiliates.
4. Keyword Restrictions: Affiliates must refrain from using keywords in their SEM campaigns that include Zmarta proprietary terms, trademarks, or product names without explicit written permission.
5. Affiliates are required to add Zmarta’s trademarked terms as negative keywords in all of their PPC campaigns to prevent any brand confusion and to ensure compliance with our non-compete guidelines.
