Based in Dubai, Fadwa is strongly influenced by regional and international cultural influences from her travels, as well as the colours and textures of nature, developing a signature style for the Baruni Collection. Recent collections have drawn their inspiration from a range of cultural and nature-based themes. Strong colors, cuts and fabrics characterize the Baruni collections, creating a distinctive style which is building a growing following in many markets.

CPA - 10% of total basket value

AOV - $380

 

Cookie length is 30 days. Auto-approval - 60 days

 

Baruni is available for both UK and US markets.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

When applying for affiliate status for the Baruni programme you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below:

 

Brand Guidelines:

Affiliates should only use supplied graphics and logos on their sites and are not permitted to alter any of the creative available through the interface.

 

Commission:

 

Commission structure: 10% of total basket value

All sales are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges.

Cookie window 30 days.

Please note that if an affiliate sale has used a code only available to another affiliate (i.e another affiliate’s exclusive code, email sign-up code), then their commission will be declined.

 

 

Other terms:

PPC: Baruni operates a restricted keyword policy on all its brand names and trademarks. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any branded terms without written authorization from Baruni. This also includes variations and misspellings associated with the Baruni brand and use of Baruni’s URL’s (https://www.baruni.co.uk/, and any variations related to the Baruni brand). If these restrictions are not adhered to, you will be removed from the program and all open transactions will be rejected.

Voucher Codes: The affiliate voucher codes are those which are listed in the Tradedoubler Voucher code API. Any other voucher codes that are used in affiliate sales will not receive commission, unless there's a written agreement from Baruni.

Google Shopping: Affiliates are not permitted to run Google Shopping campaigns unless authorised by Baruni.

Social media: posting on Baruni social media pages (i.e the Baruni Facebook wall) to drive traffic back to affiliates own sites is strictly prohibited. Direct linking to Baruni websites from paid social media is prohibited.

Blogger / Influencer Content: all communications related to Baruni products and services sent to or shared with bloggers’ and influencers’ user base will require Baruni's approval prior to sending.

Tracking: Please ensure you use the tracking links provided by TradeDoubler to ensure your customer journey is properly tracked.

Baruni have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time so please review regularly.
