Rules regarding SEM and sponsored links
The advertiser has a completely closed keyword policy. It is therefore prohibited to bid on the advertiser's brand name, the advertiser’s own trademarks, as well as misspellings or spacing variations of these terms. It is also forbidden to drive traffic directly to the advertiser via sponsored links, regardless of the keyword used. These terms must be added as negative keywords. If bidding occurs, no commission will be paid.

Rules regarding discount codes
It is NOT allowed to use discount codes from emails, printed materials, or any other promotions that the advertiser sends directly to its customers. Commission will not be paid for sales generated using such discount codes.
However, it is allowed to promote discount codes that the advertiser communicates directly via Tradedoubler or that are published on the advertiser’s online store.
