Maria Nilsdotter Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Maria Nilsdotter Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, designed to protect the integrity of our brand and ensure a high standard of collaboration.

1. Brand Alignment & Eligibility

Maria Nilsdotter is a premium jewellery brand known for its exceptional craftsmanship, storytelling, and timeless design. As such, we reserve the right to approve affiliates at our sole discretion. We do not partner with:

  • Discount, coupon, cashback or voucher code platforms
  • Websites or content that promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Adult, gambling, counterfeit or politically sensitive content
  • Affiliates using misleading, unethical, or aggressive marketing tactics

All applicants are reviewed individually to ensure brand alignment.

2. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must maintain the brand’s premium positioning and may not:

  • Alter or misrepresent Maria Nilsdotter’s branding, product information, or assets
  • Run paid ads using our brand name or branded keywords without explicit permission
  • Use unauthorised discounts, misleading product claims, or create confusion around pricing/promotions
  • Send unsolicited emails or spam messages in connection with their affiliate promotion

We reserve the right to review and request edits or removals of any promotional material that does not meet our standards.

3. Commission & Payment

Commission structures will be outlined in your individual agreement or program dashboard. Maria Nilsdotter reserves the right to revise commission rates with prior notice.

  • Payouts are processed on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on affiliate platform settings.
  • Commissions are approved based on verified sales and will not be paid on cancelled or refunded orders.
  • A minimum payout threshold may apply, depending on the platform.

4. Tracking Policy

Affiliate links are tracked via cookies through our platform.

  • Cookie duration: 30 days (unless otherwise agreed)
  • A sale will be attributed to the last valid affiliate link clicked by the customer within the tracking window
  • It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure tracking links are properly implemented and functioning

Maria Nilsdotter is not responsible for technical errors, user browser settings, or expired links that result in lost tracking.

5. Use of Brand Assets

Approved affiliates may use official images, product descriptions, and other provided materials solely for the purpose of promoting Maria Nilsdotter products.

  • All assets remain the intellectual property of Maria Nilsdotter AB
  • Unauthorized use, modification, or resale of assets is strictly prohibited
  • All brand references must maintain accuracy, elegance, and tone appropriate for luxury representation

All use of brand assets must receive prior approval from Maria Nilsdotter AB.

6. Termination

Maria Nilsdotter AB reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at any time if the affiliate:

  • Breaches these terms
  • Misrepresents the brand
  • Operates in a way that could damage the brand’s reputation

Affiliates may also choose to terminate their partnership at any time with written notice.

7. Confidentiality

All partnership details, performance metrics, and campaign insights must remain confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.
