The following terms apply when advertising Bargain Hardware, in addition to Tradedoubler’s Publisher Agreement. 

 

Material:   

Publishers are welcome to create their own editorial content, including text links, reviews, and buying guides. However, all content must be technically accurate and not misleading. 

If you are unsure about technical details, specifications, or product suitability, please contact Bargain Hardware before publishing. Incorrect or misleading content may result in suspension from the programme. 

Where available, official ads and creatives provided within the programme are recommended. 

 

General codes / offers:  

Publishers may only promote available codes and offers listed within the Bargain Hardware Affiliate area on the Trade Doubler platform.  

It is not permitted to use voucher codes sourced from Bargain Hardware’s own channels, including (but not limited to) email newsletters, social media, or private promotions, unless explicitly approved. 

If you are unsure whether a code or offer is permitted, please contact us before publishing. Misuse may result in suspension from the programme. 

 

Newsletter:  

Publishers may promote Bargain Hardware within newsletters, provided all content complies with these terms and applicable laws and regulations.  

 

Deep link:  

Deep linking to individual products, categories, and subpages is permitted. 

Publishers are solely responsible for ensuring that all advertiser information displayed on their site(s) is accurate and up to date, including brand usage, pricing references, offers, and messaging. 

 

Keyword policy  Bargain Hardware operates a restricted keyword policy. 

Publishers may not bid on brand-related keywords, including brand names, variations, or misspellings, for paid search campaigns. All brand-related terms must be added as negative keywords. 

 

Compliance & Fraud Prevention 

Any attempt to circumvent programme rules — including driving traffic from unregistered sites or generating artificial transactions — will be investigated. 

Bargain Hardware reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, including multiple transactions from the same IP address. 

Failure to comply with Tradedoubler or Bargain Hardware advertising rules may result in suspension from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. 

 

General 

  • Commission is not payable on orders processed by the sales team. 
  • Commission is not payable to managed Bargain Hardware accounts (B2B accounts). 
  • Commission may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery are excluded. 
  • Commission is not payable on eBay, Amazon, PayPal or PayPal credit orders. 
  • Commission is not payable on any Sensee bundles. 
  • Categories and their corresponding commission group or band are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Bargain Hardware.  
  • No cashback will be paid on pre-orders. 

 

Product Exclusions 

Bargain Hardware reserves the right to exclude specific product lines from commission eligibility at its discretion. 

Product exclusions apply to standalone products and product-only orders within the excluded categories. 

For the avoidance of doubt, components supplied as part of a configured system, build-to-order (CTO) product, or bundled solution remain commissionable unless otherwise stated. 

As of November 2025, commission is not payable on the following standalone product codes or product groups: 

  • RAM-ECC 
  • RAM-ECC-FB 
  • RAM-ECCREG 
  • RAM-NONECC
