Ons team is in staat om samen met jou, gebruikmakend van onze schat aan ervaring en diepgaande kennis van stoffen, normeringen en kleurcombinaties, tot een geweldig eindresultaat te komen.

Wij doen tal van werkkledingprojecten waarbij teamwork centraal staat. Ons team van workwear-experts denkt met je mee en stelt het uiteindelijke doel voorop. Wij maken graag persoonlijk kennis met je, middels een afspraak bij ons op kantoor of bij jullie op locatie. Dit kan uiteraard ook gewoon telefonisch, per e-mail of in een online meeting. Wij brengen jouw wensen en eisen in kaart en doen daarop een voorstel dat het beste past bij jouw organisatie. Als finishing touch kunnen we, naar wens, een logo op de werkkleding bedrukken of borduren, zodat iedereen herkenbaar is binnen en buiten jouw bedrijf.

Wij zijn actief in diverse branches, onze bedrijfsnaam verraadt dit natuurlijk al een beetje. WorkWear4All zorgt ervoor dat iedereen bij ons kan slagen en de juiste werkkleding en werkschoenen vindt die passen bij zijn of haar specifieke behoeften.

Welkom bij het affiliate programma van Workwear4all.nl. Wij waarderen onze samenwerkingen en streven naar een transparante en succesvolle relatie met al onze partners. Hieronder vind je de richtlijnen die gelden binnen ons affiliate programma:

1. Algemene voorwaarden

• Affiliates dienen zich te houden aan de algemene voorwaarden van het TradeDoubler netwerk.

• Alleen verkeer dat op eerlijke, legitieme wijze wordt gegenereerd, komt in aanmerking voor commissie.

• Affiliates dienen alle geldende wet- en regelgeving rondom online marketing en privacy (AVG/GDPR) te respecteren.

2. Goedkeuring en deelname

• Deelname aan ons affiliate programma is onder voorbehoud van goedkeuring door Workwear4all.nl.

• Wij behouden ons het recht voor om een aanvraag zonder opgave van redenen te weigeren.

• Affiliates die actief zijn in ongewenste segmenten zoals adult, gambling, fake news of andere niet-passende categorieën worden uitgesloten.

3. Promotie- en advertentiebeleid

• Affiliates mogen alleen promoten via goedgekeurde websites, nieuwsbrieven en sociale mediakanalen zoals opgegeven in hun TradeDoubler-profiel.

• SEA/paid search campagnes op onze merknaam (brandbidding) zijn niet toegestaan tenzij schriftelijk overeengekomen.

• Het gebruik van eigen kortingscodes of zelfgemaakte promoties zonder schriftelijke toestemming is verboden.

• Affiliates mogen geen misleidende advertenties gebruiken die afbreuk doen aan onze merknaam of reputatie..

• Het versturen van commerciële uitingen is alleen toegestaan als de publisher aantoonbaar compliant is conform artikel 11.7 van de Telecommunicatiewet, de richtlijnen van de ACM en dat er voorafgaande toestemming van alle e-mail ontvangers is. Previews moeten ter goedkeuring worden voorgelegd via de E-mail Approval Tool en mogen pas verzonden worden als de preview is goedgekeurd.

4. Gebruik van promotiemateriaal

• Alleen door Workwear4all.nl goedgekeurde banners, tekstlinks en productfeeds mogen worden gebruikt.

• Zelf aangepaste banners of creatives dienen vooraf ter goedkeuring te worden voorgelegd.

• Affiliates zijn verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig updaten van promotiematerialen, bijvoorbeeld bij verlopen aanbiedingen.

5. Commissiemodel

• Commissies worden alleen uitbetaald op goedgekeurde, betaalde en niet-geretourneerde bestellingen.

• Orders die worden geannuleerd, geretourneerd of frauduleus blijken te zijn, komen niet in aanmerking voor commissie.

• Wij behouden ons het recht voor om commissies aan te passen of te annuleren bij vermoedelijke fraude of overtreding van ons beleid..

6. Cookie- en trackingbeleid

• Onze standaard cookieduur is 30 dagen.

• Affiliates dienen geen eigen trackingmechanismen te implementeren buiten de standaard TradeDoubler-tracking.

7. Communicatie

• Wij streven naar een open samenwerking en houden affiliates regelmatig op de hoogte van nieuwe campagnes, acties en wijzigingen via het TradeDoubler-platform of direct per e-mail.

8. Beëindiging samenwerking

• Workwear4all.nl behoudt zich het recht voor om de samenwerking per direct te beëindigen bij schending van dit beleid of bij gedragingen die schade toebrengen aan ons merk of de reputatie.

We carry out numerous workwear projects where teamwork is key. Our team of workwear experts thinks along with you and puts the ultimate goal first. We would like to meet you in person, either at our office or at your location. Of course, this can also be done by phone, email, or in an online meeting. We will map out your wishes and requirements and make a proposal that best suits your organization. As a finishing touch, we can print or embroider a logo on the workwear, if desired, so that everyone is recognizable inside and outside your company.

Welcome to the Workwear4all.nl affiliate program. We value our partnerships and strive for transparent and successful relationships with all our partners. Below you will find the guidelines that apply to our affiliate program:

1. Terms and conditions

• Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the TradeDoubler network.

• Only traffic generated in a fair and legitimate manner is eligible for commission.

• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online marketing and privacy (GDPR).

2. Approval and participation

• Participation in our affiliate program is subject to approval by Workwear4all.nl.

• We reserve the right to refuse an application without giving reasons.

• Affiliates who are active in undesirable segments such as adult, gambling, fake news, or other inappropriate categories will be excluded.

3. Promotion and advertising policy

• Affiliates may only promote through approved websites, newsletters, and social media channels as specified in their TradeDoubler profile.

• SEA/paid search campaigns on our brand name (brand bidding) are not permitted unless agreed in writing.

• The use of own discount codes or self-created promotions without written permission is prohibited.

• Affiliates may not use misleading advertisements that damage our brand name or reputation.

• Sending commercial communications is only permitted if the publisher is demonstrably compliant with Article 11.7 of the Telecommunications Act, the ACM guidelines, and if prior consent has been obtained from all email recipients. Previews must be submitted for approval via the Email Approval Tool and may only be sent once the preview has been approved.

4. Use of promotional material

• Only banners, text links, and product feeds approved by Workwear4all.nl may be used.

• Customized banners or creatives must be submitted for approval in advance.

• Affiliates are responsible for updating promotional materials in a timely manner, for example, when offers have expired.

5. Commission model

• Commissions are only paid on approved, paid, and non-returned orders.

• Orders that are canceled, returned, or found to be fraudulent are not eligible for commission.

• We reserve the right to adjust or cancel commissions in cases of suspected fraud or violation of our policy.

6. Cookie and Tracking Policy

• Our standard cookie duration is 30 days.

• Affiliates should not implement their own tracking mechanisms outside of the standard TradeDoubler tracking.

7. Communication

• We strive for open cooperation and regularly keep affiliates informed of new campaigns, promotions, and changes via the TradeDoubler platform or directly by email.

8. Termination of cooperation

• Workwear4all.nl reserves the right to terminate the cooperation immediately in the event of a violation of this policy or behavior that damages our brand or reputation.
