Beëindigen samenwerking
Publishers* met wie de adverteerder de samenwerking wil beeindigen, dienen binnen 5 werkdagen hun links/banners te verwijderen en de promotie te stoppen. 5 werkdagen na de berichtgeving zal de samenwerking worden beëindigd.
*Dit geldt voor alle publishers, m.u.v. fraude publishers. Deze kunnen per direct worden afgesloten.
De Affiliate Commissie zal pas worden gecrediteerd nadat de verkopen zijn gevalideerd door de Lufthansa Group. Over het algemeen worden de meeste verkopen geaccepteerd na 60 dagen vanaf de aankoopdatum. Voor tickets die kunnen worden gewijzigd of geannuleerd, geldt echter een validatieperiode van maximaal 395 dagen vanaf de boekingsdatum, en alleen nadat de vluchten zijn voltooid. Geannuleerde en terugbetaalde tickets komen niet in aanmerking voor compensatie. Omgeruilde tickets verliezen ook hun recht op compensatie.
