Publisher cannot misrepresent any attractions, letting the user thinking that they’re visiting the official website of any attractions
Publisher can never misrepresent GetYourGuide
Coupon, Incentive, Sub-Affiliate, Browser Extension and any other publisher business model different from Editorial Content must be approved in written by GetYourGuide
It is always, in any case, forbidden for publishers to bid or buy advertising with the GetYourGuide name and drive traffic from any website that is not under the full control and ownership.

The process we will have in place now, is that after 60 days, all claims will get auto-declined and not auto-approved, like before in the system.

So, if the publisher uploads a claim of an activity, which doesn’t happen for another 2-3 months, it will get declined.
