Men: Men’s wear, Accessories, Personal Tailoring, Fragrances.

Traffic and Relevance

  • Traffic generated by affiliates must be limited exclusively to the market associated with the affiliate program.
  • Traffic must be relevant to the brand, related to fashion, and always within the approved market.
  • Only valid and active Massimo Dutti promotions may be used.
  • Promotion of the brand on coupon, discount, or offer pages is not allowed.
  • Any communication of discounts or offers not previously approved by the brand is strictly prohibited.
  • Communicating false offers or discounts will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program.

Search Campaigns

No search engine campaigns are allowed that include Massimo Dutti terms.

Affiliates must not bid on any brand-specific terms or trademarks of the client, including variations.

Affiliates must not bid on any misspellings of the brand’s terms or trademarks, including the company name.

Affiliates must add negative keywords related to the client’s trademarks or brand-specific terms in PPC campaigns.

An affiliate may only bid on a client’s keywords if a prior agreement has been made between the parties.

Affiliates may only directly link to a program page when explicit permission has been granted in the affiliate program page.

Shopping Campaigns

Shopping campaigns are allowed, but affiliates must exclude the Massimo Dutti brand and any related trademark terms.

Affiliates may only use keywords that do not contain the brand name or its variants.

Affiliates must comply with all brand guidelines regarding traffic, relevance, and promotions.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate expulsion from the program and cancellation of sales.
