If these restrictions are not adhered to, you will be removed from the programme and all open transactions will be rejected.

Our goal is to prove that you can have high quality, bar fresh cocktails whilst in the comfort of your own home and we remove the faff that is usually involved with making cocktails. The Drinks Bureau was founded by mixologist and cocktail innovator Frankie Snobel who crafts each cocktail recipe with care to deliver the most delicious liquids. We sell our cocktails in 150ml cans and 1.5L 10-serving ‘Party Boxes’ box. Our range includes the Spicy Margarita, Espresso Martini, Passion Fruit Martini and the newly launched Lychee Martini and Strawberry Daiquiri. We are award-winners and our Spicy Margarita won the ‘best ready-to-drink ‘cocktail in the world last year, voted by industry experts in a blind taste test.

Responsible Drinking and Age

We welcome creators, businesses and brands who share our passion for premium cocktails to join our affiliate program. As a drinks brand, we require all partners to be 18+ (verified with government ID) and to maintain appropriate age-gating on promotional content.

Your content should naturally reach an adult audience and include clear 18+ notices and responsible placement of affiliate links.

The Drinks Bureau celebrates the art of mindful enjoyment through our expertly crafted cocktails. We're passionate about creating moments that bring people together, which is why our communications includes helpful guidance like "Enjoy Responsibly" and "For more information visit drinkaware.co.uk."

Each product clearly displays its ABV (alcohol by volume), helping you make informed choices about your evening. For those choosing not to drink alcohol, our non-alcoholic Shirley Temple offers all the flavour and sophistication of a premium cocktail. We're proud to support the UK Chief Medical Officers' guidance on alcohol consumption as part of our commitment to helping you enjoy our drinks to the fullest.

We regularly review all affiliate content to maintain our high standards. Partners who don't meet our age verification requirements or responsible drinking requirements may have their partnership terminated.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

When applying for affiliate status for The Drinks Bureau programme you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below:

Brand Guidelines:

Affiliates should only use supplied graphics and logos on their sites and are not permitted to alter any of the creative available through the interface.

Commission:

Commission structure: 15%; For new customers only
All sales are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
Cookie window 30 days.

Please note that if an affiliate sale has used a code only available to another affiliate (i.e another affiliate’s exclusive code, email sign-up code), then their commission will be declined.
Sales and tenancy payment will take up to XX days to process from when the sale has been made. Tenancy payments are confirmed in the system once uploaded, however they are not invoiced until all sale validations are complete, which is X weeks after a transaction to allow for cancellations.

Other terms:

Voucher Codes: The affiliate voucher codes are those which are listed in the Tradedoubler Voucher code API. Any other voucher codes that are used in affiliate sales will not receive commission, unless there's a written agreement from The Drinks Bureau

Google Shopping: Affiliates are not permitted to run Google Shopping campaigns unless authorised by The Drinks Bureau

Social media: posting on The Drinks Bureau social media pages (i.e The Drinks Bureau Facebook wall) to drive traffic back to affiliates own sites is strictly prohibited. Direct linking to The Drinks Bureau websites from paid social media is prohibited.

Blogger / Influencer Content: all communications related to The Drinks Bureau products and services sent to or shared with bloggers’ and influencers’ user base will require The Drinks Bureau’s approval prior to sending.

Tracking: Please ensure you use the tracking links provided by TradeDoubler to ensure your customer journey is properly tracked.

Affiliates must be aged 18+ and verify age via government ID. All promotional content must include appropriate age-gating measures and 18+ warnings. Affiliate content must target adult audiences only and comply with platform-specific alcohol marketing guidelines and responsible drinking messaging. The Drinks Bureau reserves the right to terminate partnerships that don't maintain these standards. Regular compliance audits will be conducted.

The Drinks Bureau have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time so please review regularly.
